VGC Help me with my trick room team for reg I on pokemon showdown

Hi,im new in this so sorry if im doing this wrong,i dont even talk english so please be patient.
I'd like your recommendations to improve my team, and any extra advice is welcome. With that said, I'll start explaining my trick room team.
First up is Armarouge, which I added to the team because it's sometimes useful for setting up Trick Room. It also has good synergy with Torkoal, which has Drought.
Its moveset consists of Heat Wave and Expanding Force as its main damage moves, Energy Ball for coverage, and Trick Room.
I'd say it's primarily a good attacking Pokémon, and it's gotten me out of more than one tight spot in the three days I've been playing Pokémon Showdown.
The item is psychic seed so expanding force hits harder and his ability is weak armor because i think thats his good ability.
its a special attacker

Then we have Klefki, one of the most important Pokémon on my team. It's a support Pokémon with both screens, Thunder Wave to paralyze, and Trick Room.
This Pokémon is really important and is usually the second Pokémon I send out at the start of the match. I feel it brings a lot of control to the team, so I don't want to take it out. Its ability is Prankster, so it has priority on its status moves, and it has a Rocky Helmet as an item so that when it's attacked (which it rarely is), the opposing Pokémon takes damage.
Is a support pokemon.

i wanna replace exeggutor its a mid special attacker/tank,maybe with farigiraf.

Kingambit is a sort of sweeper that I bring in at the end of the game to finish off everything with the Choice Band. All its attacks are there to deal damage, that's it.
It's a very useful sweeper, and I don't plan on replacing it.

Torkoal is another very strong Pokémon; it has the Charcoal ability to hit harder.
It's a very competent special attacker that synergizes well with the rest of the team; I don't plan on replacing it.

And calyrex ice is another important pokemon, hits hard with glacial lance, has protect because protect is important in doubles, leech seed so he heals and with the leftovers its a lot of heal by turn and have trick room.
He is the legendary of the team.

I really like this team, but i think im gonna replace exeggutor.
Thank you for reading

I know a little or two about trick room teams. Instead of executor, use someone like indeedee or hatterne. Also ik calyx is insanely good but also you want to put your tick room into more usage so put pokemon that have impressive bulk and damage but slow speed like melmetal, creselia, or Ursaluna. That all ik but hope it works out in the future.

To be clear, cress is simply another decent setting option, and not very offensive or slow tbh.

Edit: though I DON'T understand exeggutor, esp kantonian, I think if you're dead set on it go leaf storm eject pack. Idk, but room service isn't really good at all.

Klefki basically won't tera, but if you can afford it maybe go dark or grass.

Hi, I like the team but it could definitely be a bit better. It looks like you are trying to make a team that is both bulky and hyper offensive and you aren't doing either super well in my opinion.

You are allowed 2 restricted legendaries on your team in Regulation I. For a team focused on sweeping in Trick Room, I'd suggest using both Lunala and Calyrex-Ice.

To make the most out of a team that relies on Trick Room to win, Indeedee-F is the perfect choice. It can use Follow Me to redirect moves from your Trick Room sweepers to let them set up Trick Room or attack. It can also use Helping Hand to boost the damage output of its partner. Its ability activates psychic terrain, allowing Lunala to use boosted Expanding Force while also protecting your sweepers from priority attacks that slow down your strategy (like Fake Out, Sucker Punch, etc.)

Klefki is used on bulkier teams that play longer games. With Pokemon like Torkoal and Calyrex, this is not normally the goal. Klefki can also be easily ignored which puts more pressure on its partner. For these reasons, I'd suggest not using Klefki on this team.

Calyrex should be focused on offense instead of being bulky to play longer games with Leech Seed. For this reason, I'd suggest using High Horsepower instead of Leech Seed and using max (or almost max) attack investment with an attack boosting nature to make the most of your turns in Trick Room.

I'd replace Armarouge with Lunala, since they serve similar purposes in taking advantage of psychic terrain to sweep with expanding force. The Power Herb item would be its best option since that lets it use Meteor Beam in 1 turn to KO Incineroar (which is generally a difficult Pokemon for these types of teams to beat). It also gives Lunala a +1 boost to its Special Attack to have better sweeping potential. Like Exeggutor and Armarouge, Lunala gets Trick Room, so I wouldn't worry about it not being able to do the same thing as either of these Pokemon. Armarouge's fire moves are a little redundant anyways since you have Torkoal.

Kingambit on its own does not do too well against Incineroar or Zamazenta which this team may have trouble beating. I suggest using Urshifu because it serves the same purpose and it can do better damage against Incineroar & Zamazenta with Close Combat. Another thing going in Urshifu's favor is that it does more damage with Wicked Blow than Kingambit does with Kowtow Cleave. Urshifu can also punish opposing Protect to stall Trick Room

This team was used by Chiu Chih-Hung & Johnny Chiou to place top 64 at the World Championship last year: https://pokepast.es/7c8ab46f9370695b
I suggest trying some version of this if you want to keep the Pokemon you have on your current team. You can make changes if needed

I did not explain Smeargle yet, but it is pretty much a second support option that can boost the power of its partner's moves with Decorate, and use Follow Me, Fake Out, or Spore to buy its partners more time. Smeargle is especially helpful in matches against teams that have few immunities to Spore or multiple dark type Pokemon that can threaten KOs on Lunala, Calyrex-Ice, and Indeedee. Dark types deal big damage to all three of these Pokemon without Terastallization, so it's helpful to have a support tool that has a flexible tool kit and won't faint to one dark type attack.

I hope this helps you out. If you have any questions please let me know
