now that i read books while working out, the hardest part of working out has become picking a book. recommend me good workout books
my preference for this is books with lots of action and an upbeat spirit throughout ideally 300 pages in length
I have very little stomach for horror and if I think a book might have a scare in it or otherwise negatively impact my already fraught ability to sleep i will not read it
