为什么您会成为一名优秀的经理？：一般信息：
- 中国超级联赛须遵守 锦标赛规则和一般准则。
- 每支队伍最多可有 3 名经理，其中 2 名必须是中文母语者。
- 将有 8 支队伍，每队至少 14 名队员。在 12 名首发队员中，至少有 5 名队员能够使用中文交流，并且队伍中能够使用中文交流的队员总数至少为 7 人（不要求是中文母语者，如果人数不足，主办方将酌情调整要求）。
- 经理必须每周按时提交阵容，必要时安排队员替补，并确保所有比赛都按时安排和进行。
- 经理将负责其队伍及其队员的行为。
- 中国超级联赛的冠军队伍将获得由 PS! 中文房间赞助的队伍定制头像（已获得 PS! 高级管理人员批准）。获胜队伍的所有成员还将获得 PS! 中文聊天室的“房间奖得主”(^) 称号，有效期为一个月。
管理员将于 2026 年 1 月 25 日星期六左右选出，但如果我们认为报名人数足够，也可能会提前选出。

Why would you make a Good Manager?:General Information:
- Chinese Premier League is subject to Tournament Rules and General Guidelines.
- Each team can have upto 3 managers, however, 2 of them must be native Chinese speakers.
- There will be 8 teams with a minimum of 14 players. Among the 12 starting players, there are at least 5 players who can communicate in Chinese, and the number of players in the team who can communicate in Chinese is at least 7 (it is not necessary to be a native Chinese speaker, and if the number of players is insufficient, the Host will adjust the requirements appropriately.
- Managers must submit their lineup on time each week, facilitate player substitutions if necessary, and ensure that all matches are scheduled and played.
- Managers will be responsible for their team and the conduct of their players.
- The winning team of CNPL will receive a Team Custom Avatar that sponsored by PS! Chinese中文 room（Approved by PS! upper Staff). All members of the winning team will also receive Room Prize Winner (^) in PS! Chinese中文 Room for a month.
MANAGERS WILL BE SELECTED AROUND Saturday, January 25th, 2026, but may be chosen beforehand if we determine we have adequate signups.
