Pending Make Replays and/or Games have (optional) timestamps

Had this idea right now when I finished a tournament game and wanted to see what my teammates discussed in the teamcord but it was hard to follow what turn they were talking about. I'm sure this could also help solving reports and/or tournaments issues.
