AirC tunneled on miyami and then you followed him and then got support from Celever and ECat

Wouldn't the fact I cannot protect them again be all the more reason to leave that information secret? I'm basically giving the mafia a free "you can kill this person with impunity" target.

you cannot be doctor again if I remember correctly, the target can be protected again
