Announcement i don't have a cool title for this

Hello everyone, I am stepping down from PUTL. My current work-life-school balance does not give me nearly as much free time as it did before, causing my activity going down by a lot these past few months. Even outside of that, I’ve felt pretty burnt out from the game itself for well over a year, which has made it difficult to get back into even now. Despite these two facts, I wanted to keep leading because I care about the PU community and felt like I owed it to them to keep trying, and I thought that things would work out after I adjusted to how my life was going. However, PU does not deserve an absent leader, and with MZ on-board as a TL now, this announcement is certainly overdue.

Thank you to xcx and ishtar for being so caring, honest, and patient and being with me during my first year of leadership; I’ll never forget either of you or what you’ve given me. Thank you to DugZa and MZ for being there when PU needed it most and putting up with me this past year; I’ll always appreciate both of you, and I trust you both to lead PU well. Thank you to the PU council for doing your best, even as the tier gets reshaped time and time again without much to show for it. I also trust all of you to continue making the right decisions for PU. And finally, thank the PU playerbase for continuing to engage, evolve, and exist, no matter what has happened, and for giving me a chance to lead, even though I know I have not been perfect.

Haven't interacted with you formally but thanks for taking care of Smogon's lowest officially recognized tier and doing what you could to support it. I hope whatever comes next for you is equally as fulfilling, if not more so, as your time spent as PUTL.

My PU involvement over the last 2 gens has dwindled quite a bit (I hate tera) but I consider you to be one of the OGs, it's not easy to keep up with the same tier for so long so thanks for leading the tier!
