Easily my favorite one out of the bunch is WRLtR. Sometimes when playing competitive, I just like going for that high risk as long as I can properly recover for it, or as a last-ditch effort. Playing safe is also nice to do when battling under pressure, and having a mon designed around all this is just really cool!! PC and WAYHIAH are pretty close, but I think PC gets a slight edge, because I like the idea of having the stars aligned for you to win, and I've been thing of design a Poison/Psychic fakemon that can effectively use the now deleted move 'Syncronoise'. I feel like WAYHIAH is a tad bit too gimmicky for my taste, but I still think it's interesting nonetheless. If you REALLY want this to work, and assuming you'd obviously want STAB on that one move, it probably wouldn't be one that's easy to get around (immunities, abilities, resistances, etc.) and I feel like there can be a likelihood the opponent can take advantage of this to knock out the mon. Don't get me wrong, I see the vision, and again, if it's done just right, I think it can work, but I think I prefer the other options that allow for more diverse ideas.
