Rules​
  • Follow all rules listed here.
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for me to make decisions for activity calls when I can actually see what went down with scheduling.
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to me or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.

DPP OU: LoiusIX vs Laurel - High chance LoiusIX will reuse teams from dppwc, especially the ones that exploit/find bullshit as a direct result of sleep ban. Laurel should be winning in hindsight, but I think he's gonna get omega-fished and get very unlucky that Louis will win because of that. It just depends. If I was Laurel, I'd totally bring anti cheese/anti bulky wincons like vs Cradily n such.
DPP OU: Lazuli vs Airi - Airi feels in heavy disadvantage, especially since Lazuli has SPL teams, and just is slightly better than Airi. But I can see Airi win if Lazuli be lacking on bringing reused teams and Airi fishes for whatever defensive/para teams Lazuli will most likely bring out.
DPP OU: Indulge In Dreams vs Sheik - Indulge should 1000% be dirty vs Sheik's heavy usage on spinning/bringing defensive teams or para teams since Sheik may reuse or bring the same team from this week SPL(depending on schedule) vs Indulge and be the better player. If he tries to be offensive vs Sheik, I don't think he's winning unless he figures out ways to grime and force Sheik to play in defense in most games tbh.
DPP OU: Kitoothe vs Starshine - I like how Kitoothe played in late DPP WC, and I'd love to see how the Chinese players will showcase their own takes on the meta after the sleep ban, especially since both players are from China. Or they will just reuse teams from the other members xd, but I hope to see something cool from both of them.
