Tournament Time Frame: whatever time works best
Host experience: two editions of cap premier league and cap champions league each...... i really hope that's enough experience i'm a bit nervous
Tournament Description: This is a single-elimination tournament with Terastallization banned. Tera has shaped much of this generation's popular tiers and we are no exception: arguably, we are affected more because of the CAP creative process and how Tera frequently makes otherwise-rigid CAP competitive designs much muddier in practice. This is a lower stakes fast-paced tournament meant to give players a chance to see how this generation might play without such a swingy, often game deciding mechanic, and should appeal to both CG players wanting a fresh take on a familiar lineup of Pokemon, and those who have avoided SV because of how much variability Tera introduces. I am open to releasing a few Ubers banned because of Tera, like Regieleki if people want, but it's not really the point.

I'll add this to queue, but idk about exact date for signups right now. Want to get a sense of when CAPPL will be running, also want to offset it a bit from CAP playtest scheduled date (I lowkey overlapped ORAS tour w/ CAP Ladder tour... oops).
