Regice kinda busted in its tier?

Here's the set, it's spdef so high that with assault vest it just walls spec attackers and can chip em down. Only odd move is ancient power, almost exclusively for rotom heat.

Ability: Ice Body
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 128 HP / 128 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Ancient Power
- Thunderbolt
- Flash Cannon
- Blizzard

PS I made my smogon account very recently and this is my first post. If I made formatting mistakes or put this post in the wrong forum please correct me! I just saw there were no set recommendations for regice and I clicked the link to contribute a set idea.
