Maybe for GXE??? I'd have to check how that works. Unless your main is starting from 1000 elo tho (And i'd need to check it myself), not for elo challenges.
Why not for the elo challenge? The elo decays until 1500 and reaching 1650 is just as fresh as reaching it from a new account.
The same can be said about winning 25 wins, ESPECIALLY at a higher level.
