Autoconfirm accounts that have been linked to Smogon

Whenever I'm doing a suspect or a ladder tour, I often find someone asking a question in a chatroom, but I'm unable to answer it without first logging onto my main (and then back onto the alt).

I'm fine with something like this, but I also want to prevent a user from making a brand new smogon account to bypass the AC requirements (I know some trolls will do that, some of them are really dedicated). Perhaps require another AC PS account linked?

I don't know how technically feasible this is, may require login server side changes. If its not feasible/in the meantime would logging into an AC account and then to the alt before playing work? AC should transfer temporarily when you do that.

I'm going to say no to this one - given how many spambots and the like we have to clean out every day, it would just be a trivially easy way to bypass autoconfirmed requirements, which is ripe for abuse.
