Choice Specs Volcanion acts as a deadly wallbreaker that can super effectively hit common defensive Pokemon like Ting-Lu and Heatran, while also crippling Pokemon such as Dragonite and Dragapult that could otherwise take an attack with a nasty burn from Steam Eruption. Sludge Bomb allows Volcanion to hit Primarina and Ogerpon Wellspring super effectively, while also hitting Pokemon such as Assault Vest Alomomola and Latios that might otherwise check Volcanion. Earth Power slams Raging Bolt and Toxapex that could otherwise tank Volcanion's attacks easily. Tera Blast Fairy can be used over Earth Power to make sure Dragon-types such as Dragonite, Kyurem, and Latios cannot reliably switch into Volcanion, while also giving it a valuable Fighting and Dark type resistance to help check Pokemon such as Zamazenta, Kingambit, and Darkrai. Additionally, it allows Volcanion to be completely immune to Walking Wake's STAB moves, forcing it to rely on weaker Fire-type attacks to hit it. Tera Water gives Steam Eruption a massive boost in power, allowing Volcanion to 2HKO AV Galarian Slowking, Kyurem, and Raging Bolt, while Tera Ground gives Volcanion an Electric immunity to take on Pokemon such as Zapdos and Raging Bolt easier while also having a chance to OHKO Galarian Slowking after Stealth Rocks with Earth Power. A Max HP spread with minimum speed and a Quiet nature can be used on Trick Room teams to give Volcanion the ability to outspeed a large majority of the meta under Trick Room.

Choice Specs Volcanion fits best on Bulky Offense and Balance teams, who heavily appreciate its ability to check Pokemon such as Primarina and Ogerpon Wellspring, while also helping it get in consistently against a variety of threats. Volcanion suffers from a crippling rocks weakness when using Choice Specs, therefore hazard removal options such as Hatterene, Galarian Weezing, Corviknight, Great Tusk, and Iron Treads are great partners for it. While Volcanion can certainly hit common Dragon-types such as Dragonite and Raging Bolt hard, they can typically stomach the attack and hit it back for massive damage. Therefore, Pokemon such as Hatterene, Landorus-T, and Ting-Lu that can check these dragons are heavily appreciated by Volcanion, while in return Volcanion can check Pokemon such as Cinderace and Corviknight. Revenge killers such as Iron Valiant, Deoxys-S, and Dragonite pair nicely with Volcanion, as they can outspeed common threats to Volcanion such as Dragapult and Enamorus, while in return Volcanion can help chip down bulkier opponents such as Galarian Slowking and Zamazenta they can struggle against. Pivot Pokemon such as Zapdos, Dragapult, and Tornadus-T are great for Volcanion, as they can help get it in safely against threats such as Tyranitar and Ting-Lu, while in return Volcanion can threaten common answers to the Pokemon mentioned above such as Kingambit and Enamorus. Hazard setters such as Deoxys-S and Landorus-T are useful partners Volcanion as they can help it pressure switch-ins such as Assault Vest Alomomola and Galarian Slowking while either setting up Screens or pivoting out to Volcanion respectively. Ground-type Pokemon such as Landorus-T, Iron Treads, and Great Tusk are immensely threatening to Volcanion, as while they cannot directly switch into it, they outspeed and can do massive damage to Volcanion as well as setup Stealth Rock. Therefore, Pokemon such as Corviknight, Zamazenta, and Rillaboom can be great partners for Volcanion by each answering these Ground-types respectively. Rillaboom in particular is a great partner, as not only can it easily pivot into Volcanion, but Grassy Terrain can provide passive healing to Volcanion while also reducing the power of Earthquakes aimed at it. If Volcanion is run on a Trick Room team, then partners such as Cresselia, Mimikyu, and Hatterene are great for not only setting up Trick Room, but then getting it in safely. Hatterene in particular is a great partner as it is able to keep off Stealth Rock for Volcanion, which otherwise cuts into its bulk. Fellow Trick Room abusers such as Ursaluna, Kingambit, and Enamorus-T are also valued, as they overwhelm teams with their sheer power.

Choice Specs Volcanion acts as a deadly wallbreaker that can hit super effectively common defensive Pokemon like Ting-Lu and Heatran, while also crippling Pokemon such as Dragonite and Dragapult that could otherwise take an attack with a nasty burn from Steam Eruption. Sludge Bomb allows Volcanion to hit Primarina and Ogerpon Wellspring super effectively, while also hitting Pokemon such as Assault Vest Tornadus-T (Seems like a strange example - sentence either needs to be reworked to emphasize the chance to poison to break through checks, or another example needs to be used. Maybe AV Mola.) and Latios that might otherwise check Volcanion. Earth Power slams Raging Bolt and Galarian Slowking (Not a good example. Steam Eruption does about as much damage and also 2HKO's non-AV variants. It might just be Bolt, could also mention Pex.) that could otherwise check it. Tera Blast Fairy can be used (Might be nice to clarify what Tblast Fairy should be used over, probably Earth Power) to make sure Dragon-types such as Dragonite, Kyurem, and Latios cannot reliably switch into Volcanion, while also giving it a valuable Fighting and Dark type resistance to help check Pokemon such as Zamazenta and Darkrai (Good examples, resisting Gambit Sucker Punch may also be an important mention.). Tera Water gives Steam Eruption a massive boost in power, allowing it Volcanion to 2HKO AV Galarian Slowking, Kyurem, and Raging Bolt, while Tera Ground gives Volcanion an Electric immunity to take on Pokemon such as Zapdos and Raging Bolt easier while also having a chance to OHKO Galarian Slowking after Stealth Rocks with Earth Power. (A bulky spread with minimum speed and a Quiet nature should be mentioned as a set for Trick Room teams.)

Choice Specs Volcanion fits best on Bulky Offense and Balance teams, who heavily appreciate its ability to check Pokemon such as Primarina and Ogerpon Wellspring, while also helping it get in consistently against a variety of threats. Volcanion suffers from a crippling rocks weakness when its using Choice Specs, therefore hazard removal options such as Galarian Weezing, Corviknight, Great Tusk, and Iron Treads are great partners for it (Hatterene should definitely be mentioned here.). While it Volcanion can certainly hit common Dragon-types such as Dragonite and Raging Bolt hard, they can typically stomach the attack and hit it back for massive damage. Therefore, Pokemon such as Clefable and Ting-Lu that can check these dragons are heavily appreciated by Volcanion, while in return Volcanion can use Pokemon such as Cinderace and Corviknight that check these Pokemon as switch-in opportunities. (As-written, this section is a bit hard to follow. Clefable isn't a check to Raging Bolt, and the phrasing of "check these Pokemon as switch-in opportunities" is a bit awkward.) Pivot Pokemon such as Zapdos, Dragapult, and Tornadus-T are great for Volcanion, as they can help get it in safely against threats such as Tyranitar and Ting-Lu, while in return Volcanion can threaten common answers to the Pokemon mentioned above such as Iron Treads and Dragapult (Weird examples, not sure if Volcanion really wants to be pivoted in against these faster threads that can almost OHKO it with Earthquake and Draco Meteor respectively.). While they don't appreciate burns, Water-types such as Assault Vest Alomomola (Does this really care about getting burnt? Probably prefers it to getting poisoned via Sludge Bomb.) and Assault Vest Hisuian Samurott can typically switch into Volcanion and precede proceed to cripple it with options such as Body Slam or Knock Off respectively. Therefore, Pokemon such as Ogerpon (You mean to say Grasspon, not Waterpon here - just confirming?) and Galarian Weezing that can check these Pokemon are heavily appreciated. Ground-type answers such as Gliscor, Dragonite, and Rillabbom Rillaboom are great for Volcanion, as while none of the Ground-types want to switch into Volcanion, they can do massive damage to Volcanion in return. (This sentence should be rewritten. Specific examples of ground-types that Volcanion fears should be used, and specific answers to those should be provided. Dragonite is also a strange mention, as it doesn't like coming in and breaking Multiscale, plus most ground-types have a decent move into it.) Rillaboom in particular is a great partner, as not only can it easily pivot into Volcanion, but Grassy Terrain can provide passive healing to Volcanion while also reducing the power of Earthquake's aimed at it.
(The whole second paragraph is slightly suspect to me. In usage stats, I see that many of Volcanion's most common teammates over the past couple months, such as Hatterene, Ting-Lu, Kingambit, and Zamazenta, are not mentioned. The teammates stat is noisy, and maybe these pair with non-specs sets and this should be ignored, but it fundamentally seems odd to me to focus on so many teammates that don't actually seem to be very popular teammates per the stats.)

(Separately, Trick Room should absolutely be mentioned, Choice Specs Volcanion is great on TR teams and this also shows in its popular teammates and spreads.)

I really like many of the changes that have been made, it reads quite a bit better now.
Some choices of teammates to highlight are still perhaps needing improvement, and some small additional rewrites as well.
I'd like to do a final quick round of QC on whatever new teammate examples are chosen.

(Slight sentence fragment, mention that they will make good teammates/partners for Volcanion?) (The second paragraph has improved a lot in the rewrite, I especially like Hatterene getting more mention. I would like to see offensive teammates that get decently consistent teammate usage emphasized more, examples are Deo-S (Can setup rocks or screens, outspeed threats), Iron Valiant (outspeed Dragons, appreciates Volcanion chunking Glowking and AV Torn), Lando-T (immune to ground, pivots, sets rocks to pressure AV mons). The current set focuses a bit much on defensive teammates, when this doesn't seem to be how specs Volcanion really gets used, so it may be good to trim down on some current examples accordingly, even if the current writeup is quite nice.)

Like the teammates section a lot more now, thanks for your patience.
A couple very minor rewrites that I noticed, QC 1/2 after implemented!
