Pending Give /warn /clearline functionality

In my experience moderating showdown about 80-90% of warns issued also require some lines to be cleared from chat. An easy solution/QOL feature could be to add an optional [no of lines cleared] function onto /warn in the format /warn [user], [reason], [no of lines cleared]. If it's optional this wouldn't really have any downsides, at least not ones I can think of.
