Gen 6 The mythical team of the rabbit (M-Lopunny BO)

First of all, I'd like to point out that I'm French and there may be spelling mistakes in my texts. I apologize if that's the case.

How I came up with the idea for the team

I wanted to build a team around the duo of M-Lopunny to deal with offenses and Manaphy with Rain Dance and Tail Glow to get past bulkier teams.

Team breakdown

Liza Monet (Lopunny-Mega) @ Lopunnite
Ability: Limber
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Return
- Power-Up Punch
- Fake Out

M-Lopunny takes advantage of its excellent speed and good double STAB to be a strong threat against offensive teams.
Fake Out is there to chip away at damage while allowing for easy Mega Evolution.
Return and High Jump Kick are its best STAB moves.
Power-Up Punch transforms our rabbit into a potential win condition.

Elodie (Jirachi) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Head
- Fire Punch
- U-turn
- Healing Wish

Jirachi provides a revenge killer capable of supporting the team with Healing Wish.
Iron Head is there for STAB and can flinch because it's Serene Grace Jirachi.
Fire Punch allows it to hit Steel-type Pokémon, and U-turn allows it to pivot.

The Ting Tings (Manaphy) @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 240 HP / 160 SpA / 108 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tail Glow
- Rain Dance
- Surf
- Psychic

Manaphy has a good matchup against bulky teams with Rain Dance to take advantage of Hydration.
Surf is this Pokémon's strongest STAB move, allowing it to break through opposing walls.

+6 160+ SpA Manaphy Surf vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Eviolite Chansey in Rain: 379-447 (59 - 69.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+3 160+ SpA Manaphy Surf vs. 252 HP / 92 SpD Altaria-Mega in Rain: 204-240 (57.6 - 67.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Psychic allows it to effectively hit Amoonguss, Mega Venusaur, Keldeo...
+3 160+ SpA Manaphy Psychic vs. 248 HP / 92 SpD Amoonguss: 446-526 (103.4 - 122%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+3 160+ SpA Manaphy Psychic vs. 248 HP / 144 SpD Venusaur-Mega: 314-370 (86.5 - 101.9%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
240 HP EVs give Manaphy a high chance to avoid a 2HKO from Mega Metagross while also always surviving a Thunderbolt from Choice Scarf Magnezone even after Stealth Rock damage. They also allow Manaphy to always avoid the 2HKO from maximum Special Attack Life Orb Clefable and the OHKO from Choice Specs Latios's Draco Meteor. 160 Special Attack EVs with a Modest nature let Manaphy OHKO Mega Metagross after Stealth Rock damage and one Tail Glow boost. 108 Speed EVs allow Manaphy to outspeed Jolly Bisharp, Mega Metagross before it Mega Evolves, and defensive Garchomp.

Maji hiku wa (Goodra) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 120 Atk / 252 SpA / 136 Spe
Mild Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Punch

A little team gimmick. Goodra is one of the best switch-ins to Charizard-Y and Serperior.

In addition to the Dragon STAB, we run the BoltBeam combo, which offers good coverage.
Focus Punch is there to surprise and allows for hard hits off Special walls.
120 Atk Goodra Focus Punch vs. 4 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey: 322-380 (50.1 - 59.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
120 Atk Goodra Focus Punch vs. 252 HP / 88+ Def Ferrothorn: 164-194 (46.5 - 55.1%) -- 69.5% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
120 Atk Goodra Focus Punch vs. 248 HP / 80+ Def Tyranitar: 380-448 (94.2 - 111.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
This investment allows you to deal over 50% more damage to Chansey while outspeeding Jolly Crawdaunt.

CitrouilleSismique (Seismitoad) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 244 Def / 12 Spe
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Knock Off

Seismitoad can check many physical threats like Charizard X while also being able to handle Keldeo and Mega Metagross.
252 SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 252 HP / 244+ Def Seismitoad: 180-213 (43.4 - 51.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery.
Scald is an excellent Water-type STAB move before the burn nerf.
Earthquake prevents our Pokémon from being a setup target for sub-CM Keldeo.
Knock Off can cripple Pokémon such as Chansey, Ferrothorn (useful for helping Manaphy), and Rotom-W by removing their items.
Maximizing Seismitoad's HP and Defense allows it to handle many threats in OU, such as Victini, Mega Metagross lacking Grass Knot, and Tyranitar. 12 Speed EVs are used to ensure Seismitoad outspeeds Mega Scizor lacking Speed investment.

Thor-Boyaux (Zapdos) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 60 Def / 180 SpD / 16 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Roost
- Defog

Zapdos allows you to have a switch-in to Flying-type Pokémon like Tornadus-T, Mega Pinsir, Talonflame.
Volt Switch completes the core of Volt-Turn.
Hidden Power [Ice] allows you to have a pseudo-Boltbeam.
The given EVs maximize Zapdos's special bulk, allowing it to check powerful special threats, such as Keldeo and Gengar, as well as survive a +2 Return from Mega Pinsir after Stealth Rock damage and one round of Leftovers recovery while outpacing Adamant Bisharp. Leftovers is crucial to survive +2 Return from Mega Pinsir after Stealth Rock damage and increases Zapdos's overall longevity.

Conclusion:

I'm open to your feedback. I hope you enjoyed this RMT.
hello brother

i have tried your team for more than 2days around 20 games,
my honest feedback is that i like it alot, and I appreciate the time and effort you put into it,

i just feel like it lacks a real answer to volcarona, only crits with draco from goodra + fakeout sacking mons are able to do deal with it,

for manaphy set , i think (scald over surf) + (Substitude over rain dance) is much better set, it does almost the same job if you think about it, and it can easily burn stuff which helps lop later to clear, and also better vs venusaur stall teams, ur sub doesnt get break from chansey, you can tail glow up on it and sweep everything, specially since you're slow on that manaphy, sub gives u free attack against other fast mons like thundrus or serp, if you could get away with a sub and kill someone behind the sub, unlike the rain dance, also you can sub in some senarios if they will sac something to rocks , then manaphy would be behind a sub to get a free hit on a revenge killer coming in.

i didnt feel the need of fire punch that much on the team its for scizor only ig but scalds probably can get the job done against it! , its good but i think its better to be trick, to deal with volcarona if you want to keep the same 6 i would recommend it

over all very nice team ♥ ♠

Alternatively, I can use Muddy Water on Goodra to put pressure on it. After all, Volcarona doesn't do that much damage, especially without Bug Buzz. Against Grass-type Pokémon, Draco Meteor will hit harder. While Serperior can be quite annoying with Substitute, Zapdos can help.

+6 252 SpA Volcarona Flamethrower vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Goodra: 141-167 (43.9 - 52%) -- 14.1% chance to 2HKO

It can even give it a free accuracy drop.

Maji hiku wa (Goodra) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper
EVs: 120 Atk / 252 SpA / 136 Spe
Mild Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Muddy Water
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Punch

And you're thinking of a set like that for Manaphy?

The Ting Tings (Manaphy) @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 240 HP / 160 SpA / 108 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Psychic
- Substitute
- Tail Glow

Otherwise, thank you for your comment. =)

Is 401 HP enough for the Substitute to withstand a Seismic Toss?
