Duplicate QoL improvement for when you're logged in, allow selecting default format

Pretty simple ask, I think. When you freshly load the page (for me, since a recent update, it forces a reload when I go to a different app on mobile and return) make it so you can set a default format to search. I can't tell you the number of times I've accidentally joined a gen 9 random battle when I was playing gen 6 and forgot the page reloaded. It would be a major QoL improvement!

Would be really nice to have an option in the settings to choose a default format. I never play random (or whatever the current default is) I mostly just play VGC and Metronome battles. I'm sure many feel the same.
