I invalidated Clodsire and Moltres since they outright lose their 1v1s to Enamorus although Moltres only loses if Enamorus is Tera Stellar, but given the definition of what a check is in the OP, Moltres is also invalid. Heatran is I guess valid since it walls Enamorus if it Teras into the Ground-type and can one-shot before being KOed by Tera Stellar Enamorus.

Primarina is a check. As a Fairy-type, it resists both of Hydreigon's STABs, and its Water type gives it a neutrality to Flash Cannon, allowing it to avoid the 2HKO. In return, Primarina can threaten an OHKO with Moonblast, while also having Surf as a midground option against Tera Steel. It can also use Flip Turn to pivot on a predicted switch.
Tera Steel is chosen here to maintain a resistance to Draco Meteor in the event that Primarina has to Terastallize.
