[SET COMMENTS]
Dragapult's supportive capabilities give it a unique role in SV OU as the fastest user of both status moves and U-turn in the tier. Combined with the fastest U-turn in the tier, it can quickly pivot and keep momentum for his teammates while also hitting Dark-types like Tyranitar and Ting Lu. (Remember, moves in this description should be in the same order as the set itself!) Hex is used to complement since its damage is boosted by status, but it also allows Dragapult to punish Gliscor thinking it can absorb status for its team, and unboosted Hex is still strong enough to 2HKO both Gholdengo and Pecharunt. (Again, this shuld come after the Dragon STAB) Its main dragon STAB can be either Dragon Darts to punish Blissey thinking it can absorb status for its team, and its 2-hit property lets it become more threatening versus Dragonite and its Multiscale. Or Draco Meteor, which is a stronger move overall, but having its special attack reduced can mean less damage from Hex. (This is just dex info. Instead, what makes Draco stronger, what in particular does it hit?) Will-O-Wisp can be used to burn physical attackers like Great Tusk, Dragonite, Kingambit and Ogerpon-Wellspring. (I'd argue that Zamazenta is the most important thing to mention here) Thunder Wave on the other hand, can paralyze fast pokemon like Darkrai, Iron Moth and Tornadus-Therian. Depending of the choice taken, the evs should be accommodated to 4 Atk and Naive nature for Dragon Darts, and 252 SpA and Timid nature for Draco Meteor. Infiltrator is the preferred ability, as it allows Dragapult to both hit and cripple opponents regardless of if they are behind a Substitute or Screens. For Terastalization options, Ghost allows Dragapult to boost Hex to scary damage, as it cleanly 2HKOs specially defensive Gliscor, OHKOs Ceruledge after stealth rock damage, and also 2HKOs a statused Iron Defense Zamazenta. Tera Fairy, on the other hand, lets it withstand Dark-type moves, most commonly Kingambit's Kowtow Cleave and Zamazenta's Crunch, but also gives it an immunity to Dragon-type moves from Dragon Dance sweepers like Kyurem and Dragonite, or Sun boosted Walking Wake, potentially getting off a status move or strong Dragon-type attack in return. Tera Steel is a third option that keeps the dragon resists, but now it can take on Fairy-types attacks from Iron Valiant and Enamorus, also letting it shrug off an Ice-type like hit from Weavile and the aforementioned Kyurem. (Be very careful saying it can turn Fairy to beat Dragons / Steel to "beat" Fairies and Ice-types, that doesn't let it come in on hits from these Pokemon. Val will just kill it with CC next turn and it can't come in on EP from Enam / Kyurem, it just lets it take a resisted hit from either and fire back with an attack or status.)
This set finds itself in balance and bulky balance as a support pokemon, helping its teammates and acting as speed control. Burning physical attackers like Great Tusk, Kingambit, Ogerpon-W and Dragonite with Will-O-Wisp can help defensive pokemon like Corviknight, Galarian Slowking and Garganacl better leverage their longevity. Corviknight has slow momentum with U-turn, letting Dragapult get back in the field safely, and can wall Pecharunt. (Why is this particularly important for Dragapult? Pecharunt is slower and gets easily 2HKOed by Hex) Galarian Slowking can generate both offensive pressure with Future Sight (Is there anything that Future Sight + Dragapult is good against in particular?) and slow momentum with Chilly Reception (What does Gking bring Pult in against?) while helping Dragapult by checking fairies. (Like what?) Garganacl has both Salt Cure and Stealth Rock to add on to the passive damage pressure but also functions as a potential Gholdengo check. (Is this with Garg's Tera, or against Scarf Shadow Ball? Garg without Tera cannot check non-choice-locked Ghold at all) Offensive pokemon also like Will-O-Wisp support, as setup sweepers like Kingambit, Kyurem and Gholdengo love to stack boosts and break in one try. (This is vague and doesn't really mean anything, it's better to list what Wisp helps in particular against. For example, Pult burns Ting-Lu quite easily for Ghold, which is very important) But packing Thunder Wave can mean the world for wallbreakers, like Ogerpon-Wellspring, Kyurem and Hoopa-Unbound, who are strong but might need some help against faster opponents. Ogerpon-Wellspring can wipe problem matchups like Primarina, Heatran and Tyranitar. (You mention it for the other two, but what does Wellspring want paralyzed for it to break? It's already quite fast, it's only really Torn-T and Darkrai kinda that are faster and threatening to it) Kyurem can also demolish Ting Lu and loves seeing a paralyzed Iron Valiant. Hoopa-Unbound's coverage becomes nightmarish once fast U-turners like Cinderace and opposing Dragapult can no longer outspeed it. Dragapult is a frail pokemon, so it is still afraid of taking hits from almost anything in the tier. (Why is this important? I feel like this is set up to segway into talking about defensive partners, but this doesn't come up again) And also lacks the instantaneous wallbreaking power against defensive pokemon, relying on status and Hex for damage. Garganacl is therefore Dragapult's biggest counter, as it takes pitiful damage from any of its moves. Therefore, Pokemon such as Gliscor, Clefable, and Great Tusk that can switch in and threaten out Garganacl are great partners, with the former two able to mitigate its Salt Cure damage. Bulky fairies like Clefable and Primarina can take hits and eliminate Dragapult with Moonblast, so pairing it with strong wallbreakers like Ogerpon-W and Gholdengo can help versus these bulkier foes Zamazenta is an amazing partner since it can scare Tyranitar, Heatran and Ting Lu with Close Combat, as all three are able to switch in on and shrug off hits from Dragapult with ease. Pairing Dragapult with other status spreaders, like Gliscor, Moltres, Galarian Slowking can boost Hex's damage output in the long run. Alomomola is another status spreader that can support Dragapult with wish support, allowing Dragapult to keep up in longer games. Use hazard setters to stack up the damage alongside status, Hisuian Samurott has Ceaseless Edge and Knock Off which can help by knocking off Leftovers, allowing Will-O-Wisp's damage to not go unnoticed. Ting-Lu also has hazards and helps Dragapult by blocking Deoxys-Speed, Pecharunt and Gholdengo while chipping down switch-ins like Hisuian Samurott and Gliscor to help Dragapult sweep. (This is very important and should probably be further up in the paragraph, maybe next to the Garganacl section as hazards are a crucial way to wear down Garg / other walls and stop them from being a free switch into Pult. You could even mention it having some utility as a spinblocker, as synergy with these hazards.)
(I think it's worth emphasising that Boots Pult is great on these Boots-spam structures that need speed control, and it'd be good to note what partners appreciate being brought in safely with U-turn and what Pult is able to lure in for them to be brought in on as a good chunk of the first paragraph focuses on how good Pult is as a pivot. Having checks to Pokemon like Kingambit, Samu-H, and Darkrai is also really appreciated, so that could be mentioned with some of the other defensive partners listed here / reasons as to why the listed ones are good.)
