This is not the right place for this thread. This outer forum is for broader C&C announcements and policy that apply to every tier. Please only post threads in this forum if you have prior permission to do so from a C&C / GP lead.
If you want to add a set for Alolan Dugtrio, I would recommend navigating to the C&C subforum for the tier in question (you can find all of the tiers here). From there, reach out to the staff / QC team of the section. (I put an example for this outer forum below)
Once you find a relevant staff member, click on their profile and click on the "Send Direct Message" button to reach out to them. Thanks!
