:grimmsnarl::Ceruledge::iron crown::Quaquaval::Jolteon::dragapult:

I got my suspect reqs with this, a modified version of Sandwiches42 ‘s Screens HO samples team. I swapped out Eleki for Pult as the second screens setter, as to have a pivot move that does not thud on grounds. This also gives the team a better switch in option for Rillaboom, Iron Moth and Wogerpon, and a way to bypass Subs and opposing screens, all of which proved valuable. I also added Air Balloon on Edge to add a surprise Ground immunity and to goob ground types in fast paced games, and Clear Amulet on Crown to mess with opposing Parting Shot, which turns those dumb Grimmsnarl sets into set up fodder, as well as granting a webs immunity. Solid item.

Benny also had mentioned his team was Unaware weak, so I also swapped Maushold for a set I cooked up myself—bulky Quick Feet Jolteon.

Jolteon.jpg

:sv/jolteon:
Jolteon @ Flame Orb
Ability: Quick Feet
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 108 HP / 252 SpA / 148 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fake Tears
- Alluring Voice
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball / Volt Switch

This little bastard is a sleeper pick, and not for long now. He is oppressive, doing magnificent work against balance and opposing offense alike. Picture Iron Moth, but faster and bulkier, or picture Regielki, also faster and bulkier and able to one shot Ground types. That’s Jolteon.

Jolt is the fastest thing in the meta with Quick Feet, with the speed EV’s set to outspeed max speed Eleki by a point. Because it’s so naturally fast, Jolteon can invest the rest into bulk. With Fake Tears + Alluring Voice, it basically has a Fairy Super STAB, so Jolteon can one shot the notable Electric resists and immunities meta threat switch-ins it lures, including Great Tusk, Raging Bolt, Latios, Dragapult (watch for Clear Body though) and two shotting Rillaboom, Tyranitar, Lando-T and Ting Lu.

Jolteon’s “checks” are:
  • Priority, namely Fake Out, although with investment, compounded with screens and Parting Shot, it’s actually quite durable
  • Clodsire and the rare Hoodra (who can still be KO’d with Shadow Ball, if weakened)
  • Any means of negating Fake Tears (Clear Body/Amulet, Contrary, Magic Bounce, GaG etc.)
Shadow Ball lets it follow up on Skeledirge and Glowking post Sp Def drop, and chunk Dengo and Hat despite their immunities to Fake Tears, but this slot could also be Volt Switch if I weren’t running an HO team. Trying to stall Jolteon out for chip is difficult, given how badly it bodies defensive cores lacking Clodsire.

Tl;dr Surprise factor aside, switching into this guy is very difficult. Jolteon for A+. Not even joking.

Meta thoughts:

Balance got a bit of a buff with the removal of Assurance and Endeavor from the meta, which is nice to see. However, the meta is still HO and matchup fishy. While better, defense is always on the backfoot. If only there was a way to improve fat… :blobthinking:

Your lead is extremely impactful to wins and loses. With that in mind, despite Clear Body/Amulet being solid anti-meta picks, I find Fake Out + Parting Shot pretty busted. I still believe restricting Fake Out is ill-advised, as Rillaboom needs to remain a blanket check to HO for the meta to not further devolve into MU-fishes. I think a compromise restriction of Parting Shot would help greatly for meta health. The Fake Out spam teams Fractal-Knight is on about are annoying and memey, but the real danger is pairing Fake Out + Parting Shot with screens HO. FO + PS provide all of the game ending momentum of Memento, without KOing the user. I doubt very much that Ambipom and Persian are threatening enough for an archetype of their own, while restricting Parting Shot hits the whole Grimm line at once, with the only relevant collateral damage being a small, but acceptable nerf (imo) to Pecharunt, who also seems to like running Toxic / Magligant Chain + Hex sets.

I played against my first Grass spam team featuring Rillaboom, Serperior and Whimsicott. It beat me badly. I wish I had saved the replay, I want that team for samples, whoever it was.

I also don’t really have an opinion on Electric Terrain yet. The teams I’ve seen appear manageable enough. I’m inspired by Jolteon to cook with it, so I’ll let you know how that goes!

Also thanks Sandwiches42 for the team and for doing that Linked move compendium. The plan is to make it an official part of format resources here soon. :)

Also, also Ace Roll, lol I like your bravado. And I agree with many of your takes.

Yes, the VR is a work in progress. We plan to update it again soon as the meta continues to develop, so everyone give it a look and nom up some noms.

Hey to anyone who wants it here is a free, 130BP, 100% Accurate, reneweable STAB Dark Type move coming from an otherwise ass mon!

Muk-Alola @ Big Nugget
Ability: Poison Touch
Tera Type: Poison
- Fling
- Recycle
- Poison Jab
- Drain Punch
Ok so did some testing, this didn't do crap. It's too slow and too much of the meta resists dark. Fun idea tho.

I did a bit of testing on Kommo-o and when it works, it REALLY works. C-Soul + Drain Punch gives you an omni boost and heals you on the same turn, enough said. I also put Loaded Dice + Scale Shot for a way to hit ghosts effectively, and Iron Head so that I don't instantly die to fairy types

Also imo Fake-Out should be restricted/changed making both parts of the linked move flinch is pretty broken sometimes

why not Curse + Lash Out? it's stronger with sweeping potential and doesn't require an item slot
Tbh I thought of the gimmick first and the mon second. I wanted to see if anything got both Fling and Recycle (To create an infinite Big Nugget fling loop) and Alolan Muk was the only dark type to get it

Edit: K so I did some testing w Revavroom instead and it is so much better. Use Shift Gear + Iron head it is so broken lmao. A few other highlights of the team are C-Soul, Drain Punch Kommo-O (Broken Sometimes but is useless when para'd) and Hone Claws, Play Rough Mimikyu (Surprisingly, a +1, STAB 100% Fairy Move can do a really good amount of damage!) w Shadow Claw to kill any pesky poisons

Got suspect (tour) reqs with this team.

Code:
Gallade (M) @ Covert Cloak
Ability: Sharpness
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Reflect
- Teleport
- Trick Room
- Sacred Sword

Specially-defensive Gallade is a surprisingly bulky pivot and TR setter. Covert Cloak allows it to reliably switch-in to Iron Moth's Acid Spray + Fiery Dance combo, and still get to set Trick Room. This underrated item also provides immunity against flinches, providing safety against Fake Out leads. I have actually played this team the most with Light Screen Gallade instead of Reflect, but ultimately decided that Reflect was the better screen (your mileage may vary). Sacred Sword is there to threaten Kingambit, and it also does solid damage against Zamazenta even after Iron Defense.

Code:
Kingambit @ Assault Vest
Ability: Supreme Overlord
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Iron Head
- Kowtow Cleave
- Low Kick
- Sucker Punch

Kingambit doesn't really need an introduction. It tanks Weavile's Triple Axels absolutely comfortably. Assault Vest lets it resist a Water Pledge+Surf combo from Greninja at +1 without Rain (or in Rain at +0), as well as Focus Blast from Dragapult.

Code:
Hoopa-Unbound @ Iron Ball
Ability: Magician
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Hyperspace Fury
- Lash Out
- Brick Break
- Trick Room

Iron Ball Hoopa-U is an absolute monster. With a speed of 74, very few Pokémon in the metagame are able to stop it under Trick Room. Hyperspace Fury even tears through Protect, as well as Ogerpon-W's Spiky Shield. However, Pokémon such as Great Tusk, Incineroar, or Zamazenta are still bulky enough to force Hoopa-U to switch-out. But, Clefable? Alomomola? Raging Bolt? Garchomp? Think twice. If they switch them in to Hoopa's attack, they are as good as dead. Brick Break has a 31% chance of OHKO against full HP-invested Kingambit. Hoopa-U is also tanky enough on the Special side to be able to set its own Trick Room, if options run out.

Code:
Serperior @ Room Service
Ability: Contrary
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 120 HP / 252 SpA / 136 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Leaf Storm
- Protect
- Dragon Pulse

"Room Service Serperior looks nasty" - someone, while I was laddering. Indeed, it's nasty. 136 EVs in Speed means 296 Speed, allowing it to outspeed Rillaboom, Samurott-Hisui and Ceruledge without boosts. A large portion of the meta dies to Substitute+Leaf Storm. If correctly played, Serperior at +2 Sp. Atk. +1 Speed thanks to Contrary + Room Service allows it to outspeed Dragapult and one-shot it with +2 Dragon Pulse. At +1 Speed, it also outspeeds unboosted Greninja. Protect allows it to stall until Trick Room ends, to correctly use its high speed, as well as providing safety against Fake Out shenanigans.

Code:
Mimikyu @ Red Card
Ability: Disguise
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 HP / 0 Spe
- Hone Claws
- Play Rough
- Trick Room
- Taunt

Red Card Mimikyu is absolutely crucial in any Trick Room team, able to stop whatever threat the opponent throws to you right in its tracks (unless they are Mold Breaker or Knock Off-first link users), and start a counter-sweep. Taunt allows it to stop annoyances such as Roar/Whirlwind/Recover/Cosmic Power, Iron Defense from Zamazenta, etc. etc. Hone Claws + Play Rough snowballs pretty fast, but watch out for any Corviknight, or slow Pokémon in the foe team, since Mimikyu is the fastest TR user in this team.

Code:
Skeledirge @ Throat Spray
Ability: Unaware
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Quiet Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Torch Song
- Shadow Ball
- Slack Off
- Will-O-Wisp

I've been trying to make Torch Song + Throat Spray work since last gen, and I think I finally got it. All that was missing was a nice rest of the team. This combo totally rocks. Run your own calcs if you don't believe me. Slack Off is as useful is it can be in an Unaware mon. Will-O-Wisp cripples Zamazenta. Skeledirge survives Quaquaval's Aqua Step, and lives to let the duck regret crossing paths with this crocodile.

I want to share a team I did fairly well with that didn't rely on terrain, screens or tailwind:

https://pokepast.es/a33eb21fca12b119

1774296177501.png

Zamazenta @ Lum Berry
Ability: Dauntless Shield
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Iron Defense
- Body Press
- Crunch
- Heavy Slam

What's to say that hasn't been said? Max speed to speed tie or outspeed opposing zamazenta. Max HP to reliably be a wall on switchin.

1774296156678.png

Darkrai @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Bad Dreams
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psychic/calm mind
- Dark Pulse
- Sludge Bomb
- Trick

Team originally had standard Kingambit max speed and attack + low kick, but switched to Darkrai to honestly test it out. Fastest scarfer to cripple defensive walls or lead into scarf ribombee. Psychic over calm mind since zamazenta have given me some issues.

1774296196605.png

Dragapult @ Draco Plate/Metronome
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Darts
- Substitute/u-turn
- Phantom Force

Arguably one of the strongest mon in the tier, lead right and you can win on the spot or get a massive lead.

1774296209462.png

Regieleki @ Magnet
Ability: Transistor
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Rapid Spin
- Protect

Best pokemon if no opposing ground mons, but severely hindered by opponent if they have ground mons. Having regileki gives opponent a free switch because no one will stay in to get 1 shot by dual electrics. This creates for some unfavorable 50/50 situations where you have to predict their switch into the ground mon with a better alternative. Then again, ground mons have very little usage (for some reason) hence why I had success with regileki.

1774296227338.png

Grimmsnarl @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 232 HP / 252 Atk / 24 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Sucker Punch
- Taunt
- Spirit Break

Stole this from someone (don't remember who) who absolutely destroyed me with it. People don't expect a full offensive Grimmsnarl and +1 sucker punch KO's actually a surprising amount of mons.
+1 252+ Atk Grimmsnarl Sucker Punch vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Gholdengo: 372-440 (98.4 - 116.4%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

1774296257189.png

Goodra-Hisui @ Assault Vest/Lum berry/Leftovers
Ability: Gooey
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 36 SpA / 220 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Acid Spray
- Flash Cannon
- Dragon Tail
- Earthquake

Anti bullshit or gimmick. Best answer to any fairy mon, comfey, hatterene, primarina, or iron moth, pechurant etc. Gooey is also a suprisingly good ability that can stop for instance quaquavel from getting too fast. Earthquake for Heatran, otherwise Heatran can be a major problem.

Team weaknesses:
1774296304236.png

Guts facade + headlong rush is too strong

Tailwind. Tailwind seems to be extremely strong atm, notably because it is very easy to setup. Some other strong sets:

1774296316734.png

Corviknight @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Mirror Armor
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Tailwind
- U-turn
- Brave Bird
- Roost

Good defensive glue and tailwind setter than can replace for instance Regileki.

1774296328343.png

Talonflame @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Gale Wings
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Hurricane
- Fire Blast
- Roost

Very fun and good defog user, mainly because Gholdengo don't want to switch into fire blast.

ive been enjoying this meta and recentlly got reqs so here is a team dump of some of my faves

E-terrain HO:
:Electrode-Hisui::Iron Moth::Raichu-Alola::Iron Valiant::Zapdos::Iron Crown:

Used this team for reqs. Overall, I don't think "manual" eterrain is that busted. Rillaboom is way too prevalent and consistent for manual eterrain to ever really take hold. Against other HO like (rain) + tailwind, screens, TR you have losing to equal-ish MUs since most HO leads can screw over your manual e-terrain lead + those teams tend to have better threats. The meta has also adapted well to moth, valiant, crown etc... priority spam/ unaware mons are pretty commonplace so they can rarely run away with games. Raichu-alola is kinda ass ngl, its a fun mon but it falls over when against darks like lokix, gambit, ting lu etc.. + having losing MUs into most mons with prio.

Rainbow HO

:Mew::Pelipper::Moltres-Galar::Ogerpon-Wellspring::Raging Bolt::Scizor:

Fave team ive made for this meta.

Mew is one of the few mons who has both fire pledge + water pledge letting it have a base 150 rain boosted stab attack which sets up "Rainbow Terrain".
1774316068405.png

Mew @ Life Orb
Ability: Synchronize
Tera Type: Psychic
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Pledge
- Water Pledge
- Psychic/Ice beam
- Misty Explosion/Hurricane

Under rainbow terrain moltres-g has double chance to proc ancient power boots + hurricane confusions. Team is gimmicky af but when it works it works. Bolt and scizor are glue mons so you dont lose to bulky waters/ fake out spam.

This team has went through many iterations, and I don't think the one I'm sending here is even the most optimal one
Some changes you could make are moltres-g -> talonflame/articuno-g (talonflame w/ hurricane + air slash)
Pelipper -> Tornadus/Volbeat
Scizor -> Lokix

Mabosstiff Screens

:Grimmsnarl::Mabosstiff::Dragonite::Great Tusk::Glimmora::Serperior:

1774316043103.png

Mabosstiff @ Black Glasses
Ability: Stakeout
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Roar
- Crunch
- Ice Fang
- Reversal

Roar + Stakeout boosted crunch is a very fun combo and a surprisingly decent anti-lead vs smeargle & TR leads. Ngl tho this mon is literally just gambling. 50% of the time you pull a non-resist and you net a free KO, 50% of the time you get the gambit and ur fucked. The Dog pairs really well with grimmsnarl in general. Fake out + parting shot weakens + flinches the opposing mon giving you a relatively free swith into dog who can usually net a free KO. Screens gives dog much needed surviability and can let you trade positively.

Rest of the team is just semi-standard screens mons, dnite is a very important glue here since without it, you will lose to Weavile. Grimmsnarl could also afford to drop fake out + parting to fit on low kick/drain punch somewhere so you can lure and beat gambit.

im like two inches away from reqs but don't have time for today. At least these wont suck as much as my bh ones....

I noticed my goat InkyDarkBird hadn't posted a linked stall so I decided to give it a shot. I didn't realize that tera was banned so the types are set. LOL!

The team is very very standard. :dondozo: walls things and gets free chip when setting up, :ting-lu: gets free spikes whenever you want to click eq (this SUCKS into :corviknight: where you want to get spikes and you end up wasting EQ pp), :corviknight: is :ursaluna: :kingambit: :azumarill: maybe check that gets to ironpress RIGHT NOW aka little :zamazenta:. :blissey: does spdef wall things and since I have :ting-lu: I cope monostoss and just praige that I don't run into balloon :gholdengo:. :weezing-galar: is also very standard but it doesn't pp stall as well but it gets to fish for dual status. Good :zamazenta: check if I don't want to use :dondozo: or it's like roar + hstack. Finally :amoonguss: is insanely shiest. I needed a :dragapult: check but also an :ogerpon-wellspring: check so physdef av :amoonguss: works pretty well. You do surprisingly high amounts of damage (0 Atk Amoonguss Stomping Tantrum vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Kingambit: 160-190 (46.9 - 55.7%) -- 74.2% chance to 2HKO) and can sort of kind of maybe check manaphy if you get lucky.

Like I said, I'm only 2813 coil right now so I might end up throwing away reqs! hope someone appreciates the post even if I do.

meteor beam is bullshit manaphy is bullshit phasing + attack is bullshit hoopa is bullshit and there's like nothing you can do about them (physdef ting-lu is possibly maybe a hoopa answer spdef 100% is only a check. sometimes they get greedy and let you fplay them with amoongus lmao!!! this is only in theory no one has ever done this.)

game versus Gimlaf
game versus high elo player
game versus hatterene + kingambit + rilla
manaphy pmo
skeledirge + ursaluna + hax pmo

The Sample Teams have been updated! Congrats to everyone whose teams made it into the final list! We also had to remove some teams, and there were plenty of really cool ideas that didn’t make it into the samples, not because they were bad, but because we wanted to keep things concise and include a good variety of archetypes instead of repeating the similar ones. Some teams also had a few weaknesses that could be improved.

Major Shifts:
:pmd/jolteon: Jolteon (C+ -> A+):
VannAccessible talked about the crazy Fake Tears + Alluring Voice Jolteon tech in this post. Being able to bait your opponent into bringing Electric resists like Great Tusk and Raging Bolt, only for them to get smacked by Alluring Voice, is so funny. Flame Orb + Quick Feet also lets it outspeed pretty much everything in the metagame, and it can OHKO or 2HKO most mons in the tier. Love to see a ‘bad’ Pokemon slowly turn into a metagame staple.

:pmd/quaquaval: Quaquaval (B+ -> A+):
Man, where do I even start? Quaquaval gets access to Bulk Up + Aqua Step, basically turning it into a high damage version of Victory Dance. Paired with Moxie, it becomes incredibly hard to stop once it gets going and can just run through entire teams. If you check the sample teams, it shows up on three of them, which really says a lot about how versatile it is across playstyles like Rain, Tailwind, Screens, BO, and even Balance. I am supposed to keep this short, but honestly, it feels like I am underselling Quaquaval. That is how good it is right now.

:pmd/enamorus: Enamorus (B -> A):
Sticky Webs is one of the most popular and effective playstyles in this metagame, and Enamorus fits in perfectly thanks to its speed tiers. Calm Mind + Moonblast lets it dish out huge damage to anything in front of it, and it also has access to some funny options like Superpower + Play Rough with Contrary. Not many mons can comfortably take hits from this thing.

:pmd/greninja: Greninja (B- -> A-):
Greninja is an incredible sweeper, especially in rain, thanks to its raw power, good speed tier, and its ability Battle Bond, which lets it hit even harder after picking up a KO. Water Shuriken is also one of the best priority moves in this metagame, making it a pain to deal with.

:pmd/scizor: Scizor (B- -> A-):
Here is a dhelmise special for you. At first, I thought Bullet Punch + Quick Attack was some goofy strategy a 9-year-old came up with, but in practice, it actually puts in a ton of work. We have already seen how strong double priority can be in this metagame, and Scizor is no exception. Clear Amulet Scizor is also one of the best answers to the Sticky Web and Fake Out + Parting Shot strategies. The only real thing holding it back is probably Psychic Terrain, but that can be handled pretty easily with Rillaboom.

:pmd/arcanine-hisui: Arcanine-Hisui (UR -> B+):
I am honestly shocked we did not include Arcanine-Hisui in the previous VR. Flare Blitz + Head Smash with Rock Head and Life Orb puts out an absurd amount of damage that barely anything can survive. It also gets access to Extreme Speed, which is a really strong priority move. Its speed issues can be worked around with Flame Charge or by using it on Tailwind teams. More people should definitely try this mon.

:pmd/tyranitar: Tyranitar (C+ -> B+):
Tyranitar was a weird one, honestly. We didn’t really expect it to provide much value or fill a clear niche, and after the Assurance restriction, it looked even worse for it. But as the meta developed, a bunch of different Tyranitar sets started to pop up. Fish (idk your Smogon name :pensive:) made a good Discord post pointing out that a lot of its strengths are passive and easy to overlook, like Sand helping against rising rain teams and moves like Moonlight, while also being a good chip damage. It has access to some really interesting tech like Roar + Knock Off, which can be super disruptive. It turns out there is more to Tyranitar than we gave it credit for. It is NOT TyranitOver.

New teams, sets, VR nominations, and Set Compendium suggestions are always welcome, so keep them coming! If you send them on Discord, make sure to ping me so I don’t miss your post :D

Phew, that was a lot. This month has been crazy busy for me, partly because of the Linked metagame. It has honestly been insanely rewarding to see the level of participation on both the ladder and the forums, even now in the final week, where things usually start to slow down. I am really grateful for all of it. Even though I am a bit burnt out, it has been a blast managing the tier, playing on the ladder, discussing strategies, and making new friends.

Thanks again for all the support. I hope you have been enjoying the metagame as much as I have. I also hope you will continue to give us the chance to serve you in the future. Till then, take care and see you around, bye o/

:quagchamppogsire: :quagchamppogsire: :quagchamppogsire:

post-reqs: yeah stall is basically unplayable and I probably got lucky getting reqs. There is so much cancer on ladder and its almost completely impossible to win games if the opponent uses their brain.

gotta be double defog or else you instantly lose the game to acid spray into your boots blissey from iron moth
cant be reliant on hazard removers because the opponent can just click hazards + phasing so you get dragged and chipped around or hazard + attack and instantly lose them or hazard + offensive pivot and you get damaged and in comes the breaker. no you cant just bring in a regenerator core all the regens are going to get pivoted on with hazards forever and now you lose (hsam is really bad for this).
theres like a million unwallable guys like Ursaluna where you run corv or die on preview dragapult where you run a spdef regen or die on preview hoopa where you run physically bulky dark resist or lose on preview maushold where your dozo gets 2hkod so you fish misses or run helmet or lose on preview glimmora where you run ting or lose on preview (meteor beam breaks through chansey) (who is garbage because it loses to acid spray guys)

anyways, the point is
1. hazards are really really fucking good and if someone can figure out how to use hazardstack bulky that beats opposing hazardstack you probably win the meta
2. stall is unplayable with how many stallbreakers there are, it's basically a (very easy to account for) matchup fish
3. please ban acid spray and meteor beam. the iron moth checks are -covert cloak fat fucks -goodra-hisui -outoffense and the glimmora checks are -tinglu -clodsire -iron treads maybe????
4. tailglow too please

maybe im malding because stallbreakers break stall but these just feel too strong into opposing offense but also shatter fat.

A bit memey, and possibly very bad, but this can help against Phaze-spam, which is a major trouble for TR teams.

Code:
Malamar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Suction Cups
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 86 SpD
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Trick
- Trick Room

Funny replay that doesn't showcase my phaze argument at all. Take it for whatever that's worth (sorry for the low rating, I've been trying out a bunch of different stuff lately lol).
