Galarian Moltres soars on wings of hellfire, with its wrath scorching the Monotype metagame! Its great bulk, access to Nasty Plot, and terrifying ability in Berserk enable it to be a devastating stallbreaker on Flying teams, terrorizing Ghost and Steel teams. Fiery Wrath removes Ghost-types like Gholdengo, Dragapult, Hisuian Zoroark, and Spectrier. With Substitute, Nasty Plot lets it set up on passive Pokemon like Hisuian Goodra, Toxapex, and Clodsire; Substitute stops it from being poisoned by Toxic. Pain Split provides it with additional recovery, potentially permitting multiple activations of Berserk, and withers down Hisuian Goodra. With the given EV spread, Galarian Moltres outpaces Adamant Scizor and reliably combats special attackers, notably surviving Choice Specs Flutter Mane's Moonblast. Hisuian Goodra is also unable to break its Substitute with Dragon Tail. Skarmory is a great teammate, providing Spikes to wear down Galarian Moltres' checks like Alolan Muk, Ting-Lu, and Hisuian Goodra while serving as a switch-in to Rock- and Ice-type foes like Iron Boulder and Mamoswine. Gliscor offers an Electric immunity against Raging Bolt and Magnezone. It also provides Knock Off and entry hazard support.

The With the given EV spread, (AC) ensures Galarian Moltres outpaces Adamant Scizor (RC) disallows Hisuian Goodra to break its Substitute with Dragon Tail (RC) and allows it to reliably combat combats special attackers, notably living a Moonblast from surviving Choice Specs Flutter Mane Mane's Moonblast and even +6 Spectrier's Draining Kiss.
