Qualifying for playoffs is different from normal tournaments. You will need to take part in a series of official room tours that will be hosted in the Italiano room. Since the room tour format doesn't allow us to realistically track people, we will consider anyone that joins said official room tours to be partaking into the tournament.
Every official room tour will award points for a leaderboard that will be periodically updated in this thread (using Pokemon Showdown! usernames).
The participants with the most points will then compete in a traditional style of single elimination BO3 format until the winner is decided.

There is an italiano room for these tourneys. Whenever you join that room you can play with the your team and upto certain period the number of appearances and number of wins will be calcualated and points will be awarded till they down the players to playoffs.
