- Roost / Taunt

[SET COMMENTS]
Swords Dance, its high Speed base stat, and its Fire/Flying-typing allows Fletchinder to serve as a breaker or late-game cleaner, only being outsped by a few including Drakloak, Frogadier, and Girafarig. Brave Bird and Flare Blitz are the two most prominent STAB moves that can hit supereffectively many Pokémon in the metagame, including the Grass-types Ivysaur, Thwackey, Quilladin, and Servine, the Fighting-types Monferno, Pignite, and Scraggy and even the everywhere present Tinkatuff. Because these two moves have recoil damage, Roost is an excellent option for longevity. Even though Roost increases Fletchinder's longevity, it is important to denote that Fletchinder is quite frail running Heavy-Duty Boots over Eviolite due to its significant weakness to Stealth Rock. Taunt is another excellent option to break through fatter teams, stopping recovery options from the likes of Quaxwell and Dusclops, and shutting completely down Tinkatuff.

Because its frailty and its dependence on keeping Heavy-Duty Boots, Fletchinder pairs well with a defensive backbone capable of switching into Knock Off, including Tinkatuff, Krokorok, and Koffing. Fletchinder also appreciates teammates that can remove opponent's Eviolite, paving the way for a Fletchinder sweeping, including Tinkatuff, Monferno, and Thwackey, among others. In the case Heavy-Duty Boots are removed from Fletchinder, Pokémon capable of removing Stealth Rock like Quaxwell or deterring their setting like Hattrem are highly appreciated. Dunsparce, Quaxwell, and Tinkatuff are good partners capable of switching against the three aforementioned Pokémon that outspeed Fletchinder in normal conditions, Drakloak, Frogadier, and Girafarig. Water-types like Quaxwell and Seadra and Rock-types like Glimmet and Naclstack are the most prominent Fletchinder checks, which means that Grass-types, including Thwackey, Ivysaur, and Servine that can switch against them and pressure them pair well with Fletchinder. Hisuian Sliggoo also pairs well with Fletchinder as it pressures both Water and Rock types while checking special faster threats in Drakloak, Frogadier, and Girafarig. However, Fletchinder can pressure these Water-types if they have been previously crippled by other breakers including Pignite, Krokorok, Gabite, or Monferno. Dunsparce also annoyingly checks Fletchinder due to its bulkiness and Body Slam paralyze-procs. Fighting-types that can threaten it and can spam Knock Off such as Scraggy, Pignite, and Monferno are great parterns.

Swords Dance and its high Speed base stat (i would say it's typing as well since it is hard to be revenged by most priority moves and doesnt care about WoW) allows Fletchinder to serve as a breaker or late-game cleaner, only being outsped by a few including Drakloak, Frogadier, and Raboot. Because these two moves have recoild damage, Roost is an excellent option for longevity. However, it is important to carefully choose it (do you mean to carefully choose Roost > Taunt? i would make this a bit more clear) as Fletchinder is quite frail running Heavy-Duty Boots over Eviolite due to its significant weakness to Stealth Rock. Taunt is another excellent option to break through fatter teams, stopping recovery options from the likes of Quaxwell, Tinkatuff, or Dusclops, and shutting completely down Tinkatuff.

Because its frailty and its dependence on keeping Heavy-Duty Boots, Fletchinder pairs well with a defensive backbone capable of switching into Knock Off and that can remove opponent's Eviolite, paving the way for a Fletchinder sweeping, and capable of setting up Stealth Rock putting some Pokémon in range of Fletchinder. Tinkatuff is a perfect example as it can sponge Knock Off while putting pressure to the opponents with its own Knock Off and setting up Stealth Rocks (you can definitely shorten these first two sentences. they are a bit too long. keep it sweet and to the point. maybe mention knock off absorbers separately, then rocks users separately, then add my part on offensive knock off users somewhere and the targets they hit). In the case Heavy-Duty Boots are removed from Fletchinder, Pokémon capable of removing Stealth Rock like Quaxwell are highly appreciated. Tinkatuff, Quaxwell, and even Seadre are good partners capable of switching against three Pokémon that outspeed Fletchinder in normal conditions, Drakloak, Frogadier, and Raboot. Opponent's Quaxwell and Seadra are two of the most prominent Fletchinder checks, which means that Grass-types, including Ivysaur and Servine, that can switch against them and pressure them pair well with Fletchinder. Hattrem is another entry hazard removal that can help keeping Stealth Rocks out. i would mention Koffing as a knock off absorber. it might be good to mention rock types like naclstack and glimmet. dunsparce can really annoy fletch too. i would mention offensive teammates who can poke holes in the water types and other walls, such as pignite, scraggy, fraxure, etc

Swords Dance, its high Speed base stat, and its Fire/Flying-typing allows Fletchinder to serve as a breaker or late-game cleaner, only being outsped by a few including Drakloak, Frogadier, and Raboot. Since Fletchinder walls Raboot i don't think it's super relevant to mention it even tho that's true, you can mention Girafarig instead. Taunt is another excellent option to break through fatter teams, stopping recovery options from the likes of Quaxwell, Tinkatuff, Tinkatuff does not have recovery option or Dusclops, and shutting completely down Tinkatuff.

Tinkatuff, Quaxwell, and even Seadra if you wanna keep 1 check for each faster threat, i suggest Dunsparce, Quaxwell and Tinkatuff for Drakloak/Frog/Giraf are good partners capable of switching against the three aforementioned Pokémon that outspeed Fletchinder in normal conditions, Drakloak, Frogadier, and Raboot. Same as above, Girafarig over Raboot Water-types like Quaxwell and Seadra and Rock-types like Glimmet and Naclstack are the most prominent Fletchinder checks, which means that Grass-types, including Thwackey, Ivysaur, and Servine that can switch against them and pressure them pair well with Fletchinder. Hisuian Sliggoo pressures both Water & Rock types while checking special faster threats in Drakloak, Frogadier, and Girafarig, the fact it combines all of these traits make it worth mentioning on its own. However, Fletchinder can pressure these Water-types if they have been previously crippled by other breakers including Pignite, Scraggy, Fraxure, or Monferno. Idk if Scraggy & Fraxure are necessarely Pokemon that will weaken Water-types for Fletchinder, i feel like those 2 mons have other dedicated checks that are not Water-types at all, maybe mention Krokorok & Gabite instead Dunsparce also annoyingly checks Fletchinder due to its bulkiness and Body Slam paralyze-procs. Fighting-types that can threaten it and can spam Knock Off such as Scraggy, Pignite, and Monferno are great parterns.
Great job, feel free to ping on discord for anything as usual
