I am signing up to manage Northeast with awyp and Fragments

Despite having one of the best rosters every single year, Northeast continues to fall short of greatness. This team that was once a dynasty winning 5 out of 6 years in a row, hasn’t won World Cup since 2018.

This team of players is just as talented as the dynasty back then. While the rest of the world has certainly caught up in terms of talent and ability, it’s disappointing that East hasn’t won in 8 years. I genuinely believe that new energy and a fresh perspective is essential to turning around our fortune.

For the better part of 3 years, I managed and participated in side tours for Northeast along with awyp and Fragments. We are all try-hards in our own right that want to see Northeast succeed and will do whatever it takes to get there. We also all have considerable managerial experience. Before SPL I told someone, “I just need a chance to show what I can do”.

After sitting on the sidelines of World Cup for 7 years, I’ll gladly ask again for that opportunity.

Signups for qualifying teams are now closed, and selected captains will be sent a Smogon DM with an invite to the WCoP captain discord server for this year.

The following qualifying teams have signed up and submitted a valid preliminary roster, and are therefore approved to participate in WCoP 2025's Qualifiers.
The following teams have had captains sign up but are yet to submit a valid preliminary roster and must do so by <t:1775610000:F> to be confirmed for WCoP 2026's Qualifiers. This is to verify that the teams have enough eligible players to participate in the tournament. You can send me the preliminary lineup via Smogon or Discord DMs or in the channel for your team in the captain server. If I missed you because my irl work schedule was hell last week, I apologize, but please simply bump the convo. If you're returning with a nearly identifical lineup to last year, we simply need at least 13 names.
