Going to call act unfortunately, posted a screenshot showing I was there at the agreed upon time.

Yo opponent called act on saturday, even though I clearly said I probably won't be available on that day, probably in order to cheat a free w but not sure. I offered a new schedule, he stopped replying since then, still up to fight, proof on wall

Looking like I won't be able to play our match due to a scheduling misunderstanding with Denvah_17. Just in Case I have to dot this I do want to remain in the tournament.

Can the staff tell me what the verdict would be for this? He's -4 so it's the best time for him to be online right now and I'm +0 which means it's pretty late for me rn. I'm fine with taking the blame since I never explicitly stated my timezone, which would've helped with scheduling appropriately. Thanks.

Looking at this, both of you had significant periods without replying, neither of you adhered to the times or days that were offered and agreed upon, and even though there was an agreement, there was no specifically set day&time chosen. Overall I'd say this was poor scheduling on both parties, and so would not be quick to grant an activity win to either of you. Obviously this is just at my first assessment, and any final decisions will come down to the whole host team discussing, so don't treat this as final.
As for remaining in the tournament, I can see evidence that you both were around and trying to get your game done, so I'm willing to waive the forced drop rule for both of you
 
act i guess? we both missed a scheduled time once, but I haven't had any actual availability windows shared with me, opp would take ~24 hours to respond each time, and also could not play any times at weekend. I feel I made more effort to get the game done, but fine with a coinflip as well. scheduling on their wall
