Week 70

Dual Screens Gouging Fire Howl Offense by KingNoahC17 and defiantvgc (F)
So at first glance Grimmsnarl seems pretty weird on a overall physical balance team, but it's ran here so Ting-Lu can have an immense amount of bulk and support also allowing it to spam Fissure if required. Gouging Fire and Ogerpon-W were the next choices to this team since Gouging Fire can offer support with Howl so Ting-Lu can go for a more offensive route and Ogerpon-W helps deal with opposing Urshifu-Rapid-Strike while ignoring VoR and can use Howl support well. Corviknight was the next choice and although it's not too common and has a weird set it works fine because it can stop Status moves that may cause issues and with a Howl it can do respectable damage since opponents can't lower its Attack, finally I put Flutter Mane for a fast and strong Special Attacker that offers speed control making it better than Gholdengo here.

Week 71

Groudon Sun with Scarf Miraidon by ConnerTEP (I)
Groudon is so fire. Within Reg I the amount of nuclear bombs that exist can't be understated which is why the sets on this team are so incredibly bulky. Groudon has a notoriously low special defense stat for a restricted which the scarf Miraidon helps out with extremely fast snarls. Walking wake is a weather ball merchant on this team with it being clicked with the swiftness into Tera Grass Zamazentas and Ho-ohs. Ogerpon is the smeargle match up fixer-upper with it being slower than max speed smeargle so that it can first redirect with Farigiraf then underspeed in trick room. Overall this team relies heavily on the defensive tools supplied by scarf Miraidon and Groudon's overall longevity with leftovers and bulk up.

Week 72
:Volcarona: :Amoonguss: :Incineroar: :Raging Bolt: :Flutter Mane: :Ogerpon-Wellspring:
Setup Volcarona Balance by Leafeon Enjoyer (F)
Volcarona is unique compared to calm mind raging bolt and hearthflame as it does not get threatened with an ohko against landorus incarnate, with tera fairy tera blast is has decent coverage into dragons that it usually cannot hit, as well as giving it the ability to semi-wall calm mind raging bolt. Amoonguss is a calm nature due to me often finding that the ability to tank that one extra special attack being a bit more important than the physical attack, especially since the team lacks an assault vest user or much initial speed to make up for that lack of defence. Finally, tera fairy amoonguss is a middle ground between tera water and fire as the other 2 cause awkward pins to happen between hearthflame and rapidfu, along with the raging bolt being tera steel in order to help the team out in its weird crown-drago psyspam matchup.

Boltbeam Restricteds ft. Iron Treads by camala64 (I)
I’ve been running this team in the last 1.5 months on reg I part 1 and it still is very good comp. After a while I realized that Calyrex E-Bike Rider was best for me but the mirror was hell, so I went for iron treads to essentially auto-win mirrors who also had rock tomb to F over volcarona as I literally never found myself using iron head. I then added incin for incin stuff, volcarona as a potential sweeper over CIR in certain matchups. Finally I have sinistcha over amoonguss because spore felt unusable in this format on this team and I liked the more proactive healing from sinistcha and shadow ball being able to threaten some oneshots with shadow ball vs lunala and CSR.

Week 73

Bulky Setup Moltres-G Screens Offense by KingNoahC17 (F)
So the reason this team works so well is thanks to Grimmsnarl, it provides the entire team very valuable bulk allowing them to power through teams while taking little damage and in return nuking with all of the offensive capabilites. Now, the choices Urshifu-Rapid-Strike, Raging Bolt, and Sinistcha are kind of weird since they aren't ever on these kinds of teams, but I chose Urshifu for its amazing damage and Taunt for things such as the Porygon2-Ursaluna matchup, Raging Bolt as a consistent Assault Vest attacker and great support such as more speed control and damage reduction, and Sinistcha to offer a bunch of valuable healing and more. I'd like to add I'm very proud of this team as a whole and despite it being odd I certainly believe it is a great team and I'm very happy to share it with everyone.

Leech Seed Calyrex-I with Bulky Koraidon Sun by Magicalarcher57 and defiantvgc (I)
This team focuses around the pretty typical korai comps with a slower paced bulky spin, brute incin grimm might be one of the most defensive trios of reg i with a leech seed cir to sit on the field. Bulkier Korai designed for better damage trading and av bolt finalize the team. https://pokepast.es/337859ddb17a2b40 this paste ant's imprison variant with personalized sets. Imprison gives Korai easy chances to flame charge for end games, and pick up major kills along with allowing for smoother lines and a very clean cir mu.

Top 32 Orlando Regional Team ft. Toxapex by ArKaneVGC (I)
Bulky Ice Rider Calyrex core with a ton of staying power with the Sinistcha-Incineroar pivots as well as leech seed allowing recovery throughout the battle. Maintains an offensive mode with tera electric choice scarf Miraidon and Clear Amulet Ice Rider to keep Glacial Lance from being weakened by intimidate or parting shot. Toxapex allows Kos to be confirmed on slower teams with leech/toxic as well as infestation to trap and remove bulky pokemon caught out of position.
