so yea for many mons we didn't have time to test whether they were balanced or not and if not send them back to the maker, so we rejected some sets without sending them back. we're sorry for this but this year's submissions were more than double the amount from last year so yea, we tried but we really couldn't do better.

Why not simply add the missing sets later this week or next week ? I submitted mine well before the deadline and even before the announcement of a very high number of Pokémon to be reviewed. Some people had their Pokémon accepted even though they had to revise them several times. This meant it took you longer for a set, while I submitted a simple set that should have been accepted on the first try. In that case, you should have accept first sets that didn't need revision to speed things up and have more sets available. That would also have favored those who built their sets correctly. It's been a week since I submitted mine, after all...

I understand the decision, but I think delaying the start of the tournament a little or adding the sets after it starts is fairer than rejecting everything due to lack of time.

We refused the sets that would have took too much time to fix, your heatran while simple, with desolate land giving it a water immunity, anchor shot for trapping in combination with taunt completely killing stall and a 75% healing option in Synthesis was judged too strong.
The fault though is not on anyone sending a strong Pokemon, it's completely on us for having a deadline too strict and not having the time to write everyone on smogon :CC

At one point my Cosmoem had like Cotton Guard, but I chose to err on the side of caution, going from that to Cosmic Power to just Power Split
