Implemented Delete game discussion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Talk

I fully agree with ABR's post. To me, the Game Discussion channel idea was fantastic: it allowed a ghosting-free space where spectators could freely discuss games. Unfortunately, it didn't catch on, but we shouldn't lose the concept of substantive, in-depth analysis of tour games. I'm delighted if I come onto Smogtours and can chat with Conflict and whoever else about an ongoing GSC game. Or maybe talk with and learn from top players about an important SV game (a Gen of OU I know far less about). We shouldn't lose the one redeeming––if inconsistent––value from the Game Discussion channel.

Given the overwhelming support from the community, we will be working on removing game discussion. There will be increased moderation of lobby (and other rooms if they see activity during tours such as Smogon Tour) and the existing rules regarding speculation and ghosting still apply. Any ghosting, intentional or otherwise, will be punished accordingly.
