BellyAma [New Hariyama Set]

Cross Chop is just as strong on Metagross, Bronzong, and Skarmory as Fire Punch. Close Combat is even stronger. The only stuff you'll use Fire Punch on are just as weak to or weaker to Ice Punch (Celebi, Exeggutor, Jumpluff...).

Burn Orb + Belly Drum is a horrible idea. You lose half your health to Belly Drum, then you lose 1/8 each turn? That gives you 4 turns to sweep, assuming you are never hit. If Sandstorm / Hail is in play, that chops it down to 2-3 turns (depending on whether you come in after something faints or not).

First of all, a more efficient EV spread is Adamant 204 HP / 136 Atk / 116 Def, which nets you 56 extra EVs (in other words, a lot).

People need to realize that Bullet Punch is not particularly scary, even after a Belly Drum, and that with Hariyama's terrible 136 Speed (slower than Blissey), it will need to use Bullet Punch a lot. After a Belly Drum, if we assume the Attack to remain constant, you get roughly 160 base power from Bullet Punch, which is only slightly more than a STABed Earthquake. If you aren't scared of a Garchomp's Earthquake (as in you have something reasonably sturdy like Swampert and such), then you sure as hell won't be scared of Hariyama's Belly Drummed Bullet Punch. Add on that Bullet Punch is Steel, which is a poor attacking type, and you have nothing more than a barely mediocre Pokemon.

Liechi (the Attack raising berry) won't work, because Belly Drum already raises Attack to its maximum value (+6), Liechi raises Attack by +1, and stats are capped at +6.

The only punches that seem worth using are Ice and Thunder as seeing Close Combat will do more to Metagross and Bronzong anyways. Even Cross Chop does the same amount. And even after a Belly Drum, Bullet Punch still has less power than a non-Belly Drum Close Combat.

Oh yeah I'll make it worse for you, Bullet Punch is a DP egg move, which means you can't combine it with either of the Emerald-Tutored punches.

He's too slow to sweep anything with base 50 speed, and Bullet Punch is weak as previously mentioned. I can only see this working in a Trick Room environment.
