Neither player contacted the other via Smogon. As far as Dirpz and I are concerned, no scheduling has taken place. No PMs were sent to us during the week. If any scheduling was done, Dirpz and I have no knowledge of it. The game is dead.

This should just serve as a reminder that just because you are friends does not mean you should bypass the same process you would go through for any tour; leave a message on your opponent's profile or respond to their message. This leaves a trail that can actually be followed.

Namion was banned by Hikari. The Saffron Sabers will be allowed to make a pickup and sub in a player for the week.

Bushtush received a 4 point infraction and was forum banned for 6 months. He will be removed from the tournament. The Naganadels will be allowed to make a free pickup from the remaining pool of undrafted players.

Neither player contacted the other on their Smogon profile. As far as I am concerned, no scheduling has taken place and the match has not been played. The match will be considered dead.

If you would like to avoid this type of ruling, contact your opponent via their Smogon profile. If there is no trail to follow, I have no other recourse.

RE: Jase Duken vs. FLCL

In a follow up to contact, Jase admits to running late for the match. A few hours later, after FLCL saying he could still play, Jase says he can play as well, but the two did not play the match. Since his opponent was running late and failed to check smogtours, one of the two servers on which MPL battles are allowed, FLCL will be awarded the activity win.
