I've watched the whole Ben 10 series (up to and including Omniverse), so I probably know more about these aliens than some of the people here. There is also a Biomnitrix which debuted in the original series and fleshed out a lot in Omniverse, although only Ben 10000 had access to it. Basically it's a fusion of two aliens

I'll probably contribute to this as well since I've wanted something like this to happen!

Big Chill

Explanation: The reason why it knows Fire-type moves and has Flash Fire is because Big Chill's species, the Necrofriggian, can eat molten lava for energy as well as hatching babies (there's an episode in Alien Force that shows this). Plus, its Ultimate form is literally Big Chill covered in fire, can breathe fire that freezes, and it's coloured red.

Explanation: At some point in the original series, Ben found out that the Ectonurite inside the Omnitrix wasn't just data stored in it, it was an alien named Zs'Skayr who shows up frequently throughout the different series into Omniverse. Ben became scared of him as well as scared to become Ghostfreak, so this explains why I gave it Bad Dreams and the moves like Nightmare and Dream Eater. Couldn't think of a signature move for this.

Explanation: Don't have much to say on this one since IMO it's a pretty basic alien in the show (although its origin story is cool) that runs kind of slow and can attack with its fists or shoot electricity, but I can say some things I guess. Because it can resist extreme heat according to the Ben 10 Wiki, I gave it Heatproof and it can both absorb electricity and redirect it as well so giving it Volt Absorb and Lightning Rod made sense.

Flavour/Design: Ghostfreak is such a Ghost type its really without question. What makes it part Dark is its very evil nature and villainous tendencies. I gave it Trace due to being known to access the abilities of beings they possess. Illusion thanks to Ghostfreak notably not showing its true form for most of the animated series. Levitate is easy; ghosts float.
Competitive Analysis: With only one weakness, Ghostfreak seems like it would be a solid bulky mon, but its stats lean heavily towards a sweeper role. It can go either special or physical.

Flavour/Design: I was tempted to make Big Chill part Ghost, but I decided that it would make a lot more sense to stick with the more obvious typing. Custom Ability comes from Big Chill's immunity to extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, which allows it to live on its planet. Levitate refers to its ability to fly, and Tinted Lens because its good its eyes indeed are tinted to match its body colour (?).
Competitive Analysis: A decent bulky set up sweeper, Big Chill can use its ok bulk to set up on stuff and attempt a sweep. It is held back by its horrendous defensive typing, with plenty of weaknesses, especially a x4 SR weakness.

Flavour/Design: Frankenstrike is clearly based on Frankenstein's monster, along with the scientist himself, and is the first in a LONG list of Electrical aliens to be featured in this Pet Mod. Being so tied to electricity and reanimation of the dead, Ghost/Electric seemed like a fitting typing. Volt Absorb is due to the legend of a lightning strike bringing Frankenstein to life. Stamina fits very well to me as shown in the series, they are extremely durable and very relentless. Technician fits his scientist / inventor vibe very well too (and gives us real Ghost STAB).
Competitive Analysis: Frankenstrike makes use of its good defensive typing to check and assortment of physical threats thanks to Stamina and solid bulk.

Explanation: Yes I love XLR8! I'd say everything I put in speaks for itself, Kinecelerans have sharp claws so giving it the ability Tough Claws made sense and that's the only thing I gave it. Accelerate may be overkill but it's the Speed equivalent of Cotton Guard and note how it doesn't say signature move ;), so other things can learn it.

Swampfire

Explanation: Swampfire's species, the Florauna, have regenerative properties, i.e. they can regrow their vines if they get cut off, so giving it Regenerator made total sense. I also gave it Chlorophyll because for one, I really wanted a Fire-type to have Chlorophyll haha. I don't have much more to say LOL.

Flavour/Design: XLR8 is reptilian. It is one of Ben's fastest aliens. It also has notable claws.
Competitive Analysis: Yo XLR8's so fast, even Scarf Koko can't outspeed it! It can really spit in any Scarfer's face. With a Band, it becomes the perfect revenge killer.

Alien: Swampfire

Flavour/Design: It controls plants and shoots fire. Regenerating is one of its abilities, and it is able to do this after being hit with many different types of attacks.
Competitive Analysis: While the coverage is low, Swampfire makes up for it with good attacking stats. It has common traits of other Grass-types, but with the Fire-type negating some of the weaknesses. It's an attacker that can keep coming back, thanks to high health, healing moves, and Regenerator.

Alien: Feedback

Special thanks to my real friend for theorymonning this Pet Mod who doesn't have a Smogon account as of now but I'd like to call him x725Wreker on the internet.
Welcome my m8, he's new to competitive Pokemon so would need some help with stats and abilities, I'm sure he'll get that in no time.

Explanation: Yes I love XLR8! I'd say everything I put in speaks for itself, Kinecelerans have sharp claws so giving it the ability Tough Claws made sense and that's the only thing I gave it. Accelerate may be overkill but it's the Speed equivalent of Cotton Guard and note how it doesn't say signature move ;), so other things can learn it.

Swampfire
Type: Grass/Fire
Abilities: Chlorophyll/Regenerator/Harvest (HA)

Explanation: Swampfire's species, the Florauna, have regenerative properties, i.e. they can regrow their vines if they get cut off, so giving it Regenerator made total sense. I also gave it Chlorophyll because for one, I really wanted a Fire-type to have Chlorophyll haha. I don't have much more to say LOL.

Feedback can use stored energy to generate electrical charges, which can be used as ranged attacks or to empower his punches. Feedback can also fire energy balls by joining his fingers.

Flavour/Design: XLR8 is reptilian. It is one of Ben's fastest aliens. It also has notable claws.
Competitive Analysis: Yo XLR8's so fast, even Scarf Koko can't outspeed it! It can really spit in any Scarfer's face. With a Band, it becomes the perfect revenge killer.

Alien: Swampfire

Flavour/Design: It controls plants and shoots fire. Regenerating is one of its abilities, and it is able to do this after being hit with many different types of attacks.
Competitive Analysis: While the coverage is low, Swampfire makes up for it with good attacking stats. It has common traits of other Grass-types, but with the Fire-type negating some of the weaknesses. It's an attacker that can keep coming back, thanks to high health, healing moves, and Regenerator.
