From now on anyone who encounters an issue like this use /alt it lists all of your recent games and it should be easy enough to find from there, this is fine as your opp agreed they lost that game.

A seeded tour is inherently bound to cause upsets. We don't have precognition, ranking was based on tour results and generally, low ranking meant lack of tour results or lack of performance in any tour scene. 1.Just want to mention that this was tried but it really depends on the timeframe of the battles
2.This is precisely why putting the lowest seeds against the highest qualifying seeds is inherently favorable towards the lower seeds,because the higher seeds are used to playing with people of equal / greater skill than them and have trouble predicting and building for people with no 1v1 experience.
Put the first 10 seeds against the bottom 10 ,and,because of the nature of the tier,you'll see at least 2-3 of the first 10 seeds lose.
This effect is precisely why i never played non-team tours in 1v1.
woulda let this slide if it was just me but this 3-9 thing is sooo true.
