CONCEPT: crushing disappointment a.k.a pokemon embodiment of cookie's sex life
DESCRIPTION: in an effort to tap in to a concept that many smogon users' parents will understand and play to the strengths of our userbase, i propose our pokemon be a crushing disappointment to those who use it. basically, the plan is to get a pokemon that builds up hope to the player but then ultimately fails to deliver. im talking this pokemon sets up 2 dragon dances super easy and you think you're going to sweep, only for the pokemon to miss out on defeating its check by 1% because its attack stat is 1 point too low. despite a strong start, this pokemon always shoots its load too quickly

Description: The most broken Pokemon ever.
Justification: Fuck it, Game Freak are pussys, making Mega Rayquaza only kill 3 things a game before dying to hazards and Life Orb and making Zacian-C lose to Quagsire. We need to make the true strongest Pokemon ever.

Firstly, it has a terrible typing without Flash Fire or Levitate. Secondly, because of stat overflows its stats are actually 15/15/15/15/15/15, which is so bad it would kill to have Snom's stats. Thirdly, you can't have moves with unlimited PP because you'd trigger Endless Battle Clause and lose. Finally, this mon has zero way to touch anything immune to ground moves. Terrible mon tbh. Besides, if we're going to make the most broken mon ever, it needs to look as not-broken as possible so the masses don't start spamming it. It needs to be our secret weapon.
