Bots are limited by the 100ms message throttle, that means if you're dealing with some sort of game or feature that uses one of the /pminfobox, /sendhtmlpage, or /sendprivatehtml (and their variations) commands, sending the data to one user is fast enough, but if the target of the same data is multiple people, this quickly adds up to large delays every time an update happens. The suggestion is simple and exactly as the thread title says: Allow the data in those commands to be sent to more than one user at once.
An alternative if this proves to be too difficult would be to lower the throttle delay for bots, or only for those specific commands.
