I had someone Random Number Generate a team for me. I want to see if my love of randomness and OU can be mixed. My team looks like a TR team, so that is why I asked about Saur.
With your skills, you should try it....

Yeah, REALLY THICK sheet form. Warship hulls can be 6in-2ft thick. Maybe more. Plus, on the surface, water pressure doesnt matter. And wood has natural air pockets... even dense wood.

Probably 40-60ft. That holds about 75 men and 12 cannons, while still being lightning quick and manuverable. (well "lightning" as far as 17th goes)
I was looking up ships to model my own after, and I discovered a ship of 70-80 feet holds 100+ men plus 12+ cannons. So yours can hold even more than that, since it is 100 feet -
