For milotic dtail-shuffle team I think scarf is better, but if you insist with DD then definitely use taunt, that causes switches, especially against stall =)
Classic spread is better: adamant, 252 atk 252 speed 4hp
not really, skarm walls it all day, and ferro can mess with him badly...
that's why taunt is arguably better...
It is underwhelming on its own, but with hazards + milotic shuffle should get the job done; if you still feel it underwhelming try CB and use a scarfer such as landorus or terrakion for finishing the job (I know those ain't your favs, but still...); if you don't like'em I suppose mienshao or jirachi can work as scarfers/late game cleaners...
Moxie salamence... wait until outrage is implemented, then it will be a great scarfer :D

I like DD better, but scarf might work better with hazards + dtail milotic (because haxorus has enough power to pick up the weakened opposition w/o setup)
Or you can use band if you have issues against stall or bulky offense

I guess it can make an alright defensive pivot on choice locked pokemon or weaker things. As long as you have all the sweepers which rip through it like butter checked by the rest of the team.

Calm is definitly better, Spec'd Latios can't break it without Psycho Shock. It also walls Spec'd Politoed, Starmie, and can take a Volt Switch pretty damn well. Bold is better for Landorus, Gyarados, etc though.

I think Scarf Haxorus is neccesary to revenge kill certain things like Terrakion after an SD, Gyarados, Dragonite, and more.
DD Nite can also make better use of the spikes, and it is more useful vs fast teams.
Nope the closest I have is 30/x/31/31/31/30 and the x is probably pretty low :(
