It's best that you put it out of your mind for a while. I'm sure you can find some sort of distractions. If that doesn't work, then we can talk, and I'll see if I can't fix you. All I know is the solution is to not go as stone-hearted as I have. Believe it or not, mental...wounds, shall we say, do heal. But speaking from experience, if you suppress your emotions too much, they'll stay that way.
