Yeah, trying out underdogs is fun. As long as they aren't outclassed and have a strong viable niche. Yeah, you should give Milotic a break. Although do as you will. I won't try to change who you are. It will make you less competitive though if you don't grow out of Milotic, and keep using it on every team.

I feel really happy today for some reason and I don't know why. I felt really down and cranky yesterday and was at a loss for words. I think my grandmother is watching over me and is making me feel a bit better by blessing me. I am glad she isn't suffering anymore and is happy.

Tickle is outclassed by Dragon Tail on Milotic. Yeah, cover Bliss/Gastro.
Then okay, use Psyshock for Gastrodon. Just remember, Psyshock is pretty horrible otherwise besides Virizion off the top of my head. That means you lose to Gliscor.
Lee's stallbreaker is only really good for Blissey/Jellicent. Milotic is nonexistent. The set looks okay, but it still sacrifices some coverage. This isn't bad if your team can cover it otherwise though.

Surf isn't nearly as strong enough in the Sun or in Sand for Heatran and Terrakion respectively. Fighting/Fire is definitly not redundant because it is perfect coverage alongside dragon.
Make sure you read the descriptions of the analysis to understand why the move choices are what they are.
You don't need Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, or Surf. You need Focus Blast to hit Tyranitar, Heatran, and for Terrakion.
Dark Pulse is rather useless besides for Reuniclus, and you can just U-Turn away into a check. Dragon Pulse is way too weak without specs. Everything Surf hits gets covered by dragon/fire/fighting coverage.
You are a choice scarf user. Maxamize coverage first to hit as many threats as possible. Did you look at the Smogon analysis? They are nearly always right.
Yeah, that is fine. I would personally use Psychic > Psyshock. Psyshock is rather pointless without Calm Mind boosts to back it up. (Use HP Fire.)
All of my current shiny spreads are Ability 0, and ability 0 for Starmie is Illuminate :(
Scarf Hydreigon and Sash Alakazam can really glue a team up to weaknesses nicely. You can just run both of those to revenge things, and run a bulky core of sorts.

yup, milotic is my favorite all-time, even in-game. spent nights trying to catch feebas before lol..
anyway, i've been running hyper-offensive team in PO and milo is used as a mixed wall, so the emphasis on defense is needed. when marvel scale is activated, everything except strong Thunders is 2 or 3hko which is perfect for my resttalking set.
But, thanks on the suggestion, i'll definitely try this out with physically defensive poke. ^^
You have all the wall breaking power you need though with Hydreigon.
That sounds like a crappy idea but try CM Chandelure. It beats Blissey and Chansey one on one with Substitute and does well against rain stall.
Like I said, I wasn't talking about Luxury for the color matching aspect :P

Then I would actually go with Luxury Ball! Not to match aesthetically, but thematically. Imo, Latias is a luxurious Pokemon that deserves a luxurious Pokeball. Plus, the sparkles animation is pretty :3

Do you already have a Latias in a Love Ball? If not, go with Love! But if it were me, since I already have a Latias caught in a Love Ball, I would go with Premier Ball.
I would love to do the Bold Latias, but I have to many other things I need to do. My top priority is to finish this file on Pt and get your Shellos!

Taunt really seems like a waste of a moveslot. It doesn't need Dark Pulse unless you are extremely afraid of Reuniclus. -
