Why can't you use Wish Chansey/Blissey? I thought you had one.
Flamethrower and Aromatherapy are pretty useful. You simply cannot replace Blissey or Chansey on a sun stall team. Their is no other pokemon who can do what either Blissey or Chansey do.
You need to play smart with Chandelure to spinblock. You can pivot it in vs Tentacruel on the Rapid Spin, then switch into something else as Tentacruel tries to Scald.
The team isn't all about status though. You have other ways to win.

Eh, I don't really like Chandelure very much unless its Sun stall or with Substitute. The fire typing hurts it.

I don't like them together, but whatever floats your boat. Then again, I hate Milotic and think its a crappy pokemon in general.
Mismagius is basically a crappy Gengar.
We all know its your favorite. You say its pretty, but it really isn't. Snakes aren't neccesarily pretty. I guess its a face only a mother could love. xD
Okay, but take your time though. Toxic + Dragon Tail is enough for dragons with hazards.
Offensive Milotic is horrible in BW OU lol. Not even worth finding a spread for imo.
Milotic doesn't even look cool. It looks boring. Its a snake, and thats really it.
Calm is much more impressive defensively this generation. Calm is the set which isn't completely outclassed. Both should be ran with hazards, and the hazard setter is usually physically defensive.
If Bold Milotic is better on the team in question, you are better off doing something else with the team. Either using a different water, tweaking the team to make Calm Milotic feasible, or not using a water at all and filling your resistences + checks with different types.
It is extremely powerful. It is a wallbreaker with Water Spout + Drizzle. It also has Water Absorb to keep your health up.
I never said it was good. It is just something else that Milotic can't do or match.
I wanted to like Offensive Jellicent, haha... it just wasn't good. I'm tempted to find a spread to try Milo with Hydro Pump/Ice Beam/HP Grass/Recover.
Yet they are all used more than Milotic for the very same reasons of their defensive sets.
Water Spout from Jellicent, and Hydration + Rest from Vaporeon are even more dealbreakers.
Meh, don't rush it. Milotic is slow for a fast paced team, so keep that in mind.
Just try to make the best team possible. Read the analysis for suggestions, and don't worry about countering every single thing. As long as you can reliably check the relevant threats is good enough.
The Virizion I suggested is very uncommon. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Scarf Scizor has like no chance vs it though. -
