    Yes it is :D I can only trade over one right now because i dont want Altaria Tutored anymore i want my Calm Blissey Tutored Heal Bell which someone is EV Training :) So ill only be sending over one Blissey :D

    I need Heal Bell on my Chansey and Altaria
    Well, the ES Nite won't be available for a while, but I hope you enjoy the Chansey for the time being!
    I'll get on right now with my Pearl FC. I'll clone it once you finish tutoring, and then trade it back to you. ES Dragonite will be one of the first things I do once I get a hold of a HG or SS game.
