Water-bound reptiles have at least a 50% decrease in power on land.

Well, the flygon one i did myself with some photoshop magics, and the vibrava one is a tech banner. I am currently being tutored in how to do tech banners. He was telling me how to do it, but then he went offline and i got bored again. so taking the knowledge that he had told me so far, and looking at examples i've seen, i made that.
In case your wondering, Fly High is my Request Shop name over at serebiiforums. So I do my own with those words on it so I can use them for examples if i get good enough.
I get the Raptor as this is my idea >_>
Scizor, Forry/Ferrothorn, Magnezone, then something that can counter fire :p -
