DS Parameters Search. Then go to a place that you can catch high-level pokemon with a Sweet Scenter and a catcher. I recommend going to the cave in Giant Chasm
Gastrodon's great typing is better for this team. Ferrothorn + Gastrodon is very anti Volt/Turn. You also have Storm Drain. 3 electric weakness would also be very annoying too.
If you want to try a different Dragonite set, make sure it has Extreme Speed. It has so much utility, its unreal on this team.

I like Gastrodon + Gliscor for anti volt/turn in stallish teams. What do you plan on RNGing?
The first thing you have to do is find your parameters so you can't ID abuse yet. Read the onsite guides, they're helpful :]

5th gen is easy, it shouldn't take long :)
4th gen. is a bit harder and takes longer but it's doable. I would start with 5th gen, though, because you only have a week and it might take longer to get the hang of 4th gen.
RNG abuse in BW is much easier than Gen 4. I remember when my friend was helping me. There is no delays involved. So keep your confidence up.
I could learn RNG at any time. I just don't feel like it right now. :c
Its easy. You just have to find your parameters first. :) I suggest doing this on your white if you want to RNG your ID in Black.
I personally think Azelf is very overrated. Explosion nerf was a huge blow to it. You could try it if you'd like.
You could use SR Tyranitar or Heatran, then don't use Scarf Terrakion. You could try Scarf Rotom W instead.
To give the team speed, you could always try CB Scizor or make it more offensive with the SD set. The team seems rather slow right now.
I also don't think the low attack IV on Hydreigon would matter all too much if you would want to use U-Turn. It is used mainly for the momentum. -
