1. Get your seed.
2. Go to Gen 5 PIDRNG.
3. Calculate Initial PIDRNG Frame.
4. Find the Frame you want shiny and note it down. Make sure the Nature is Bold so that you could synchronize. And make sure that the Encounter slot is for the pokemon you want (for wild pokemon). Im assuming you want it all Female.
5. Click 5th Gen Tools then TID/SID Manipulation "Pandoras Box".

6. Check the Search by Seed. Put your seed there and the frame you want shiny. You can also search for the TID you want. (The True or false there is whether you want gift pokes to be shiny or not. Im not sure what are the benefits of it being false though)
7. Once you find the TID you like try putting it in RNG Reporter and see if the frame you get is shiny. You might as well test the encounter slots of different pokes. Im not sure how to get them all shiny. :|
8. Hit your seed as always and go through the game without advancing your seed. You can check your TID before you get your pokemon (and battling twice) by checking your Trainer Card and flipping it.
9. Search for the TID you got in Pandoras Box.
10. Subtract the Frame you need to hit from the frame you just got and thats the amount of frames you have to advance to get your TID. (The frames advances by 1 every time you say "No" when Juniper asks if you typed your name correctly).

Yeah, DarkChaos was kind enough to RNG it. Not quiet matched up to mine (different characteristic), but negligible. Might just EV train that first one into a CM or bulky Nasty Plot set and keep the other in 4th Gen.

Its easy. But the problem is if you didnt ID abuse the game, the shiny frame will be high.

All you have to do is search for a hex flawless(preferably frame 1) spread then copy the seed and put it in RNG Reporter. Click Gen 5 PID, tick the shiny only then search.

Yeah, I did. I ID abused a hex flawless spread. I didnt know that synch frames will still be shiny so my White's Shiny cant be synched. To get the starter, I simply hit the hex flawless seed and used saves to advance the PID. You have to make sure that in Pandoras Box the Shiny Starter must say True because if its false you wont get Shiny Gift Pokemons.
