HuntSabteur is doing RU. Maybe Dark Saber (LU) can do OU. Metal Bagon is über. So we just need someone to be the last brain and we can start this. I will bump the discussion up.
We are doing that but instead a Fronteir. Leagues are to hard to organize and not many people like Mono-types. Thats why we have a five man Fronteir. It's smaller and attracts more people. Currently my wifi is down so I only have PO :(

Actually, we don't do forum style surveys/ratings anymore.
They go more like this with online surveys.
Well, they don't currently, but they will once I find the time to revitalize the site.
The only unfortunate thing about this style is the lack of partial scores like 8.4, or 6.2, or 9.7
