scarf emboar cannot switch into superpower at ALL, but it can come in on its other moves rather easily, its more of a revenge killer to absol though, in a similar vein to sawk. if you are using an offensive team that cant afford to run one of absol's counters without losing momentum, and if emboar fits your team better than sawk (im assuming you asked me this on irc cause you were thinking of using it?), then go ahead, its a good way to check/revenge an absol at +2, just make sure sawk wouldnt fit your team better first!
