    Can I get them on 4th gen? Milotic will be on 4th gen. Lilligant and Jellicent on 5th, obviously. Also, do you mind if the Milotic has 38 ribbons and a nickname?

    Download Shiny DTS and follow the instructions in that post. It's a program that sets up a fake gts in your pc which in the end reads the data of pokemon you try to send and converts it to .pkm files which can be redistributed to any DS that connects to your IP with the proper settings (www.pokecheck.org has all the steps for a dsi in the frontpage with images). And you don't really need sav/gen now that I think about it.

    you never access .pkm files directly. You always load them either through shiny gts or open them through pokesav/gen. I'll get you the links you need in a moment.

    The only way you would lose it is by releasing it yourself in the game. What both irgts and pokecheck do is to check the pokemon you're trying to upload except the pokemon never actually leaves the game, but a copy is made instead and that is converted into a .pkm (so the one that stays in your game is always the original). Trust me I didn't get ir right either the first time and I didn't lose anything xp

    Which DS do you use btw? It's not that I don't like to do it but you could clone everything yourself with a rather simple setup using your DS and your wifi ._.

    Okay, im just gonna VM you the instructions.
    1. Open 5th Gen Time Finder.
    2. Go to DS Parameters Setup tab.
    3. Set these:
    Mac Adress: 0019FD7E0B71
    Version: Black (English)
    No Soft Reset
    Keypresses: Check all of them, expect skip L/R Buttons
    VCount: 60
    VFrame: 8
    GxStat: 6
    Timer0 Min and Max: C7C
    4. Then go back to Capture tab.
    5. Check all the months, Min/Max frame as 1.
    6. Start searching at year 2020.
    7. Input these: (on left)
    Method: IVs (Standard Seed)
    Encounter Type: Roaming pokemon
    Encounter Slot: Any
    8. IV Filters:
    HP >=30
    Attack HP_E
    Defence =30
    SpA =31
    SpD =31
    Spe =31
    9. Set these, on right.
    Nature: Check Timid, Modest, Bold, Hasty and Naive
    Ability: Any
    Don't check synch natures only box!

    10. Check search for nearby shiny frames.
    11. In max shiny advances box, input 950.
    12. Then just click generate and wait. It can take long time. Search through one year, and if theres spread wich has shiny frame of over 650 and under 950 I can probaply use it. When you've found a spread, VM me Seed, Nature, IVs, Date and Time.
