Yep well that AND the seconds you lose between level up moves and evolutions which I can't add to the math since it's unique for each pokemon which is why sometimes I stick an everstone up to lvl 95 so they pass through all their moves by lvl 45-55.
with unlimited items? yeah a lot faster since it saves you around 3-4 seconds per item (3,5 average and 3 if you mash press). If EV training takes a minimum of 325 items (for 252/252 spreads which are the most common ones) per pokemon then you're saving around 18,95 minutes per monster. As for level up since most of the time I do breeds, that means another 99 items (rare candies) to use which add up to another 5,7 minutes average.
This is why I'm usually reluctant to do EV training and/or lvl up in 4th gen nowadays especially if it's a whole party -.-
Well if you're not gonna use your pokemon in 4th gen then migrating is the best thing to do (unless they haven't being taught their exclusive tutors yet in which case keep a clone there just in case). And yeah it is more convenient because once you use an item you don't go back to the bag screen but stay in the party screen showing your pokemon so you can keep using items on them directly until you run out.
Except for Landorus (6hp instead of spatk) everything was exactly as you described
edit: as for latias her actual IVs are 30/4/31/29/25/29 in case you want to write it down.
