Gah I'm a fool, spent hours last night EV training and levelling Dusklops only to find that Pain Split is a damn Move Tutor move. I was convinced it learnt it through levelling.
Ah well we live and learn eh :)
I took it through the Battle Subway and it's an absolute monster though!
I've had to teach it Will o Wisp instead and the accuracy hates me but Helping Hand Blizzard is netting me loads of KOs and its nearly always the last Poke to go down :)

Im muddling through the Gen 5 RNG stuff, have caught 2 perfect ones now (Kyurem/Jellicent) so am pretty pleased, can't get my head round the breeding yet though or Gen 4 at all which is tricky for things like Cresselia/Hariyama/Scrafty where I need to get them Gen 4 or with egg moves.

I meant like wether it had gained any EVs from battling that may have affected the results of the IV checker as I just couldn't believe it!
I was ready to use it for a Trick Room team even if it was Jolly with 0 IVs in everything! :)
I know what you mean about soft resetting, I've been in front of Heatran for weeks now trying to get a decent spread but the game trolls me giving high attack/low everything else.
Finally got one last night which is far from perfect but decent enough where it counts, scared to trade to Black yet until I'm sure I won't need the damn move tutors/old TMs. Think I need something to replace HP Ice from the Smogon set.
I managed to RNG capture a couple of Gen 5 wild pokes which I was pretty please about, I looked at the Gen 4 stuff and it's baffling though :)
Can't get my head round the Gen 5 breeding yet.
Shame as I've got to go though more weeks of soft resetting for Cresselia next, they don't make things easy on these game do they?

Just put it through the IV checker on my phone and they're all perfect or near enough!
I was expecting them to be low because of only being able to get it via Gale of Darkness, if it's not gained any EVs then that's pretty wild :D

Well I don't know exactly what was wrong with the 3ds the first time but it went straight through after realising about the FC!
