The person who receives the chain spam should try to wait until the 5 prior chain spammers record their spam, but they don't have to wait more than 24 hours.
How does that sound?

Sorry to bother you, but I have an idea I want your input on. I am thinking about a variation on chain letters called chain spam. Here is what I am thinking. I will spam extra to start out, but as it gets going 5 people will share the load.
I send a VM or PM to person B who has a group or thread and tell them I will spam their website and I will pick a word or subject to spam about. Person A also records in the chain spam thread who they sent the chain spam to and the word or subject to spam on.
Then person B chain spams Person C by sending them a VM or PM with the word or subject to spam, then Person A and person B spams Person Cs group or thread. They also record it in the chain spam thread,
Then it goes on with Person A,B and C spamming person D
Person A, B, C and D spam Person E
Person A, B, C, D, and E spam person F.
When person A has chain spammed 5 people, they can drop out of the chain if they want.

That smells like competition to me, but at the same time i guess it kind of makes sense seeing as how the SUSE isn't really on the groove. IDK, I'll thionk about it.
