LOL yeah, he's only 28 too, poor guy is suffering from mild cognitive impairment. I bet he expected me to think that he knew what the rest of the insult was, where in reality, he probably wanted me to finish the insult for him because he forgot what it was despite using it so much.
If you look closely, there are only 3 "..." after "FA", which spells "FAGGO" if you fill in the dots, so maybe it's not the word we think it is? Perhaps he forgot how to spell it / forgot how many letters are in the word, which supports the claim of him starting to suffer from memory loss. How sad
